It doesnt matter because Romney picked a running mate that agreed with his views. They both believe women are lesser than men as their voting record shows and thats not going to fly with me in November.

If you ever become unemployed and can't find another job, don't apply for unemployment because you'll be a leech and living on the Gov teat. Same goes for food stamps and medicaid. You're supposed to go without and let your family go without to. Don't collect those bene's! Same goes for when you get to old to work or become disabled. Better you should go out somewhere and just blow your brains out. Don't forget that you should take your family and do them first. We don't want no single women or snot nosed kids dragging our system down with them living off the gov handouts.

Sux when it's put a bit more in perspective don't it?
And the majority in this country actually call themselves Christian. Dam glad I'm an atheist. I couldn't live with myself otherwise.

Actually two. Supplemental Security Disability Income [SSDI] and my retirement check. I worked, paid for and earned them both. So what's your point?

Do I feel our Government owes me something? Dam right I do! Money has been spent on wars that cost lives. The one war I was involved in was Viet Nam. I was friggin there. There is no way in hell a bunch of little brown dude pushing bicycles with a bag of rice and an AK in the basket was going to threaten our freedom. It was all BS! I put my life on the line for $600 a month plus benefits that I've always been denied. All I got was an honorable discharge and a National Defense ribbon and a whole lotta attaboys for serving with honor and doing my duty. Wow. Honor and duty don't pay no bills nor put food on my table any more than ribbons and papers do. Btw, there ain't no friggin honor in getting dead and there ain't no friggin honor in coming home alive. It's nothing more than smoke up the a$$ and more BS.
I started paying taxes in 1970 until I became disabled and watched my tax money being pist away every year while seeing homeless walking the streets and fellow vets being turned away. Now that I once more need what I paid for, the Gov wants to take even that away and so do a bunch of candy ast nosebleeds that are dumb enough to believe what the Gov says. Why not actually try getting at the truth instead of being led around by the nose?

i for one appreciate your service to for this country. Ive known only one vietnam vet who was in love with my mom. He had a heart of gold and gave me a carved horse he bought in a villahe in Vietnam. He was an alcoholic and my mpther told me he seen and did a lot of things that really screwed him up. To this day, my grandfather HATES hippies bc of the way they treated vets when they came back, as if being drafted was their choice.
Im very appreciativeof our troops no matter how pointless (i feel) the mission was/is. You served our country and you deserve the utmost respect and gratitiude for it.

Bc the republicans are going to get our country in a mess much worse then George Bush did! George is the reason our country is in dire strates and it has been almost impossible for Obama to fix his mess but he is trying and will take some time. The other reason is that if Romney and Ryan get the election Medicare will be a thing of the past and the rich will be the only ones to afford medical but if they get elected then watch out America because we will be in a depression much worse then the 1920's!

To be fair, on paper the Ryan plan doesn't read like it's a bad plan. In theory the plan would work rather well and benefit everyone. For me one problem is that on paper a lot of things read well. Another problem is I've seen first hand what happens when medicaid is handed over to for profit corps and privatized or turned into "managed care" plans. Each and every instance of medicaid I'm aware of being handed over to for profit corporations, the benefit deteriorated. That's exactly what happened here in Ky. with the medicaid system.

The republicans are still butthurt over the mccain 08 election, they cant stand it that a black man became president. If bush hadnt scewed up so much mccain would have probably won, well, that and the fact that he pick palin as his running mate. Ron Paul Ryan would have a better chance winning than Mittler would.

Agreed. And I'd be tempted to vote for Ryan as well. He's a thinker and I like that. The draw back for me however is he also allows the extreme conservatives to sway the way he does things which I can't abide.

I've been a democrat all of my life and NEVER voted for a republican president. However, my family and I have decided to make a change this time. I believe Obama is bad for this country and not really doing anything, or anyting that is good. We are voting Republican for the first time.

Your choice and prerogative. Imho, Obama has done more good for this country WITHOUT Republican help than Bush did with all the help in the world.

Well that's a really helpful comment. Of what importance is your opinion of me when the subject is of a political nature? When those with nothing left to defend their position with, the last ditch effort is to attempt to slander the opponent,, like it changes any facts.

Regan changed the mess he walked into in 4 years . Gas prices and the banks are the reason we are in the shape we are in now . Wall street should be monotered closer . Obama is not going to get us out of this recession. I don't know if Romney will but we cant afford another 4 years of Obama the gov. seems determined to put everyone on food stamps and welfare . I think it is republican time . The war on coal should end . I don't like coal or the out come of it . But sometimes you just have to suck it up and put on your big boy pants . What we want is not always what is best . I know a lot of miners good up standing people out of work . And I am tired of the econnomy being so depressed . I feel bad about buying extra lean ground beef . I am blessed my husband got out of the coal fields just in time . And gas is really no better frackin a well means some time later the well across the way will have gas in it . The water table is being screwed up . I dont want unclear in my back yard . It all spells poision to the earth . SO don't spout clean energy to me . I am for Romney.

He didn't have a Congress that refused to negotiate with one another either.

Partly yes. Sending jobs overseas as well as offshore accounts are also a problem to name a few. A lot of people are saying we shouldn't raise the taxes back up on the wealthy because they look at it as a penalization. I'm asking, what about their obligation to this country? I also ask what about the constitution that is being brought up on a regular basis? The constitution was written with the objective of all for one, not, you're on your own. I seem to remember something in one of our motto's of United We Stand And Divided We fall.

Oh hell yes!

Not all on his own he can't anymore than anyone else could. That's why we have a House and Senate that is SUPPOSED to cooperate and lend a hand instead of playing political games.
