I think everybody is happy with Romneys pick. Paul Ryan is a jacka$$ and Romney is a rolls Royce Moran.

Remember when John Kerry was a "flip flopper"?

Romney is the biggest flip flopper ever foisted upon the public by the puppet masters. Each successive republican candidate since Bush Jr is a kind of one question IQ test for the republican base. Paul Ryan is the tea bag meat for the knuckle dragging fools that comprise most of the republican electorate now.

Paul Ryan is the Sarah Palin of an unexciting candidate. While McCain had some promising features and may truly be one of the last "real" Goldwater style Conservstives, Romney is a horrible horrible candidate. There are hundreds of hours of Romney saying "liberal" things in favor of government health care, abortion etc. then he magically turns into "I was for it before I was against it" republican guy.

Paul Ryan is like Stacey Campfield or any hack host on fox for that matter.

He is the new breed that knows that our state school systems have been pinching off mouth breathers for a couple generations now and that the winning formula is simply TALKING like a puritanical crypto-fascist to please the anger fed and confused voting bots that put these people in power.

Romney and Ryan are bookend examples of the wrong type of politicians. Romney is the daddy's money "acquisitions and mergers" guy who squeezes profit out of the rusting remnants of american production and labor jobs by scrapping, dismantling and outsourcing middle class jobs in favor of maximizing shareholder profit (and make no mistake about it, Romney is a textbook shareholder).

Ryan is the greasy 2 piece suit vacuum cleaner salesman trying his skills on Dow eyed house wives.

He knows the rap and knows which songs in the hymnal get the congregation riled up. He knows the play and the play book from which fame and political success flow. Ryan, like Beck and Hannity, figured out that one can make a killing taking the low road.

THESE PEOPLE ARE JUDAS GOATS.

America (and most Americans) is terrifying, embarrassing, maddening and hilarious all at the same time.

The conservative movement in this country and like most others, is an absolute sham.

These people make MILLIONS telling dupes and rubes that they will have to get by with less.

At the end of the day, conservatives are "anti-evolution". They are a deadended, non-forking branch of human evolution. They have been injected with malignant levels of fear and hate and have obediently moved to the proper strategic location that best benefits their handlers.

They oppose "change" and "progress" by the mere "doublespeak" redefining of the words. They are unnatural and misguided at best, dangerous And dormant at worst.

Human systems are fallible. They are built like a ship being built at sea. They REQUIRE evolution to sustain their functions. We have a PEOPLE problem, not a government problem.

The history of industrialized civilization is the history of technology, and those that own the technology, usurpIng human labor in the name of "efficiency".

Government is, or could be, the counterweight to this trend since it seems like humanity is wedded to the technology for better or worse.

This is why government grew so much under the sanction of progressivism then liberalism up through the 70s. This is why unions were so powerful and important, because they were the only UNSANCTIONED act of political power outside of voting that had any effect. If voting were powerful, they would make it illegal.

But the problem with ANY INSTITUTION is policing it for psychopaths.

If you look at the Greeks philosophy on government, you see a different model. People went to school their whole life and only the true performers were placed in certain positions of office. PERIOD. Some positions were filled by blind lottery and the new office holder then had to educate his or herself on the position but had the WISDOM to do so.

This model placed lofty and virtuous expectations on both the electorate and the politicians.

OUR form of modern government, explicitly conservative in its making (remember conservative means anti-evolution), reverses the Greek ideal of the body politic.

Instead of raising the office to the highes standards, it inverts the formula and allows for the laziest, most ignorant and above all greedy people to hold office over and get again and the electorate has been bred and shaped to reflect this relationship. THTS Wyh YU CNT SPALE GUD.

It's much easier as a politiciAn to go ahead and own up to the fxct that you don't give a funk and your not going to start now, by installing a system the allows for your failure ahead of time. It's called taking the low road. A virtuous system requires virtuous people but a corrupt system REQUIRES that the politicians appear JUST LIKE YOU.

"Well golly Opie, you hate gubmint real bad too? Much as I do?! Wale shucks! Im a gonna run for office and you orta vote fer me! See you at church!"

A veteran of congress with a wealth of foreign policy knowledge and experience vs. a member of the house that gets his ideas from Ayn Rand. Sure he will. LOL

I am John Galt!!!!!

In all seriousness though, Ayn Rand was very insightful in seeing where the country was going. She just blamed the wrong people. She failed to see that the inevitable end of unbridled capitalism is an overbearing government run by the most ruthless among the capitalists. She came from a tragic past and held some pretty radical views because of it.

Maybe not for you. Do you have a job?? People can't find jobs that easy...so if you are living off the free programs he has...shame on you. I work my butt off and I am sick of giving it to people who won't. If you work...then good for you but Obama is going to change this country as we have known it and it won't be pretty.

What about the people that are working and still do not make enough to make ends meet. What will you do about them, let them and their kids starve? What about the people that have busted there asses off and been laid off?You want to let them go homeless and starve to?What about the disabled like my autistic son or my other son who has been diagnosed with adhd and mild mental retardation?Do any of you republicans or independents care about anything other than your pockets?Or how about our senior citizens who have worked all of their lives, like my father, then retire and not even be able to afford some of their medicine it was either that or go without food? Now please republican tell me how fair that is?
Its not fair how you lump everyone that are recieving help into one category.I agree there are some out there that could work that choose not to but their are an awful lot more that receive it it that would prefer not to.They are struggling to make ends meet and if they had a choice they would not be on them. How about the people that are disabled?Like adults that suffer from chronic pain or diseases like cancer?Have you ever had to watch your parent die from cancer?Well I have and its not something you ever want to see. What are these people suppose to do?
I am sure you have it made, plenty of money and you dont have to worry about any of this and I hope to god you never do but if the shoes was on the other foot and something happened to you and you lost everything, your job your ,home and watching your kids do without you would feel a whole lot different.
