Sounds like an endorsement for Obama. I am astonished at how the republicans claim to be the ones that are responsible with money. They want to cut taxes and call for more money in the defense budget to fight these expensive wars. Who pays the price? The middle and lower classes. But I don't think it matters after the week Romney had.

People forget what a disaster that Obama came into after the Bush/Cheney debacle..and try to blame the economy on the current administration.

Maybe Obama needs to land on a Carrier and give a speech in front of a huge "Mission Accomplished" sign...even though the war went on for 5 years after that picture.

Too many people in WV think that Obama is personally attacking the coal industry...when in fact, it is the all of the Natural Gas being produced (that power plans are switching to because it is far cheaper than coal)..that will eventually cost many miners jobs and mine shutdowns.

The EPA Clean Air and Water laws were well in effect when Obama came into office.
Sad that too many people fail to see the need for retaining a clean environment and water...

Obama starting rewriting the coal legislation as soon as he went into office. All you have to do is google it. Obama is the one who put all the laws into effect. This is a known fact. Have you ever sit down and actually read the laws that have been passed over the last couple of years. I am sure you have not.

You don't vote FOR someone because of the color of their skin. How dare you call someone a racist pig. How uneducated you must be if you think voting FOR someone because of color isn't racist. Barack Obama has passed over 900 pathetic laws since being in office. Look it up. He is trying to make it so the Government can take over everything, including what you own. I believe the highest number of laws from another President was like 19. Also, look up the 7 Alaskan he gave to Russia. Oil rich Islands. We can't drill in our own country but we can give away Islands and pay them for our oil. I hope you all are ready to install gas lights in your homes! God help us all!!

Did you know his most recent law states that anywhere he should happen to be, if you have a Romney sign in your yard, his people have the right to take it down? If you have a Romney shirt on or button, anything, you will be made to leave or take it off. That is called taking away our freedom of speech! How dare he, what is this, communism? You are losing way more rights than you think.

I am so very thankful that WV only has 5 electoral votes. I am never ready for the crazy $hit you guys come up with. You are all voting against your own economic interests. Why are tax cuts for millionaires more important than investing in our own infrastructure? Overall quality of life will improve if we can make some serious investments in our own country. Mitt Romney will gut our social services. Libraries, schools, fire dept, police, roads, public transportation, and railways all need to be funded to improve our lives. These are not areas that we can cut just so we can lower taxes for the very wealthy. When we lower taxes we are only hastening the aggregation of wealth by those with more money than they can ever spend. When we raise taxes these same people would rather invest profits back into their business,(i.e. hiring new employees) than to keep them. Taxes are at the lowest rate in decades now we need to lower them even more? Where does it end?

Racism in its truest American form. I have news for you, Tom, that "thing" is your president. I will guarantee that Obama is smarter than you, richer than you, more handsome than you, far more successful than you, and last but not least he is the most powerful man in the world. Just doesn't make sense to ignorant racist rednecks. You are the "thing", not Obama. Obama is a real man.

I am so sick of the paranoid hyperbolic rhetoric used by the right. I am assuming that you are talking about the e-mail going around about Obama's 900 executive orders, not laws, he has supposedly signed. It is a myth. Go to the link and see what is the truth behind this republican propaganda.

Oh and Obama never gave any islands to Russia. Seriously, read real news not just your e-mail. Or even just google search the stuff you tell us to look up.

The Appalachian coal industry will never recovery to what it used to be. That is a truth. What is a lie is that it matters who is in office. It is time to look to the future not be stuck in the past. Do you really think in 100 years coal will even be used? It is dirty. WV air quality is some of the poorest in the nation. Our kids have higher rates of asthma than many other states. It is dangerous too. We need to shift our focus forward now!

It may never recover but for now we need the coal industry. We need more time to get more industries in our state. We just cant shut down the mines and have that many people without jobs. There is a responsible way to handle things. We sure do need to focus on the next four years with Romney in office.

Who said to shut it down? I said accept reality. We need to start investing in our future. No one wants to shut the mines down. I understand how reliant we are to the industry. I just believe there is a way to make the future someplace good.

What coverup? The nonexistent one created by Fox News and Rush Limbaugh. You are drinking the kool aid. You are sucking it right from the tit of the right wing propaganda machine. I didn't mention W Bush once. You are not addressing any of the FACTS I gave you. You are making trying to put words in my mouth. What I said stands true. What you say is a load of crap.

And believing there was a coverup proves how uninformed you are. You believe that. You are the dangerous kind of ignorant though. The one where you think you are an intellectual.
