Well said. The person clearly stands to gain from Obama care and is being a great general dumb blinded American. See, I fail to see where Bush was such a bad guy. Had the American public lived within their means, instead of buying credit here, credit there, and everywhere. The housing market wouldn't of crashed. Yeah, sure banks are the part of the blame. But without demand, there would be no deregulation or competion of banks willing to make risky loans to produce profits. Why because they played the American public as fools. They realized maximum profits, banking on Americas greed of excess, and knew with the greed, they would become to big to fail. I make the same amount of money I did 4 years ago living without a care. Now, I've forgone getting raises to keep my job, I pay more taxes then I have ever had, I pay a great deal more of insurance premiums with the same coverage (thanks obamacare), we've sold our second car to keep our finances afloat, and gas isn't getting any cheaper (thanks to in part of Obama driving up the pressure to rid the US of crude oil consumption by making gas so expensive people choose alternate fuels/transportation).

Yeah, Obama is the savior of America. LMFAO!!!

This is who i wish was running for president. Rep. Paul Ryan is going to wipe the floor with Biden and Obama during the debates. In this video everything Ryan says goes over Obamas head because he knows nothing about economics.

How many companies have moved from the USA; or at least outsource to be profitable? What's to stop the wealthy,(the top 1%; that all the rest of us supposedly depend upon), to move themselves & their wealth, elsewhere? Recall recently; one of the founders of Facebook renounced his US citizenship, to avoid being crucified by our tax policy. Surely he is only the most recent billionaire, not the last billionaire, to do so. It is in the BEST interest of each of us to adopt the fiscal policies of individuals as former president Ronald Reagan & the social policies as preside.t Barack Obama is. If we the people do not insist on this direction for our country, the wonderful U.S.A., we will surely continue to be partisan. We will continue to not to be reaching our fullest potential to achieve life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness.

Because to me and other pathitic liberals money is not everything...compassion, charity, and empathy are on the top of our list..I saw the opening day of the olympics were England was showing such pride with thier health care system which by the way is UNIVERSAL just as Canada. The same thing can go for taxes and by the way U.S. has taxes that are very low when you compare with such countries such as Switzerland where taxes are 50% but it retrospect people are happier, live longer, and there is relativly NO poverty WOW if you don't believe me look it up or ask MITT ROMNEY I have heard he vists that county quite often to get out of paying his taxes.... Which he only pays 13% of his income on taxes.... FYI OBAMA IS AHEAD IN THE POLL 4 MORE YEARS of PATHETIC LIBERALS
Gallup polls now have Romney 47% and obama 45% you arrogant bastard...keep talking trash im sure itll help your liberal friends some more

And since some people cant stop blaming Bush, here is some facts as well to put that to rest....

January 3, 2007 was the day that Democrats took control of both houses of Congress. Let's take a factual look at what they inherited.

The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77

The unemployment rate was 4.6%

The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%

The economy had just set a record of 52 straight months of job creation

26 million Americans were on food stamps

47 banks were on the FDIC problem list

The Social Security program took in the neighborhood of 100 billion more than it paid out

The national debt was approaching 9 trillion dollars

Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee

Obama became a Senator from Illinois

Bush was on record requesting restraint on Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae 17 times

Since then, it was Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae that dumped trillions of dollars of toxic assets on taxpayers. It was Obama who got the third highest pay-out from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. It was the Democratic Congress that defended them along the way.

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered...I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies... The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." -- Thomas Jefferson

This is exactly whats happening today. The Federal Reserve has had control of our currency since 1910.

This quote was translated into English from an article appearing in the Czech Republic as published in the Prager Zeitung of 28 April 2011.

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting an inexperienced man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of Idiots such as those who made him their president."

What is your stupid a$$ doing on this thread? Other threads I have read tells me you don't know what you are talking about! Please don't start on this thread. Let people voice their opinions without the ignorance from you. Don't ruin this one like you have so many others. Here's an idea, why don't you take some time off from Topix and give everybody a break!! Believe me, you won't be missed, especially your comments.

Jericholic, are you talking about Ryan? Really?? Anyway, your wonderful Reagan was more liberal than Obama in many ways. Of course that was back in day when Congress actually worked together, before the Republicans became a group of do-nothings for the sole purpose of getting Obama out. They just say no to everything even if it means ruining the lives of the American people, you see, "Hmm", they could care LESS about you. I've seen you on other forums, and the "articles" you refer everybody to are just internet blogs, that kind of stuff, or some biased right-wing little newsletter kinda thing. So you're not fooling anybody. Obama 2012!

Wrong! I think this person said it very well! We're tired of reading your bossy, "arogant bastard" blathering. Calling people names, demanding they read junk and then giving us a big long list of silly propaganda shit. And, oh yeah, thanks for the compliment...I wrote that myself but I am flattered that you would think I was quoting from the liberal media.

If someone has an opinion differing from yours, you immediately call them a "moron". So why would we want to play with you anymore? I'd rather wait until the President wins again and then come back here and see if you can(will) come out. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

How is my posts bossy? All i do is see people's post and i just give facts and numbers and then they get mad and start trash talking so then i give more facts and then i have to give some kind of comeback. I dont start the name calling if youd read the posts from the beginning. And ive never demanded anyone read anything. I think if they do read articles i provide itll give them a better understanding of what im talking about. And none of my posts are propaganda and your last post is the same thing every liberal news media says and is just a way for them to get votes. If you would actually look at who votes for what bills and reasons behind the way they voted you would understand instead of just believing what media outlets say. And ive never immediately called someone a moron for believing something different. Im not here trying to change peoples minds, i post to give people a better perspective instead of just voting for someone for vague reasons. But once i give out specidics facts people get angry because they have nothing to counter so they start the name calling so i never started it on any debate forum.
