Ryan stepped on his penis with the remarks he just made about not allowing rape victims an abortion if they became pregnant. Forced motherhood? No abortion of any kind no matter the reason? Total control over a woman's body by a bunch of politicians? He just guaranteed Obama another four years.

Ryan, in an interview with a Pennsylvania TV station, emphasized Romney's role at the top of the ticket, saying he was proud of his record on the social issue. "I stand by my pro-life record in Congress. It's something I'm proud of. But Mitt Romney is the top of the ticket and Mitt Romney will be president and he will set the policy of the Romney administration," he said.

Ryan defended a bill he cosponsored in the House to permanently ban federal funding for abortion except in cases of incest and "forcible" rape. That language, which was eventually changed, would have narrowed the exception for rape victims.

He's talking about FEDERALLY FUNDED ABORTIONS. A woman still has the right to choose if she want's an abortion or not. Quit twisting the facts.

The news media will have a field day with this issue. It's a dammed if you do and dammed if you don't situation. The last thing we need in this election is pro-choice VS anti-choice. There are pro-choice people that don't believe in abortion personally BUT believe it's up to the mother to make that decision. On the other hand, there are anti-choice people out there that don't believe another adult should have the right to make a decision that the anti-choice zealots don't approve of.

Dems just have a way of twisting the facts around so many times nobody has a clue as to what the topic was to begin with. To say the GOP is anti-woman is one of the biggest lies going. I'm afraid the mentally challenged Dem voters donít know how to research and figure out the lies from the facts. They vote for whom the alphabet networks tell them to vote for.

Not anti-women,just against the ability for a woman to make a personal and very secret decision about her body without an approval of someone yet to be determined.

Oh so the government FORCING a woman or employer to do something she/they are morally against is OK? If a woman wants an abortion or birth control nobody/or Church is going to stop her. I have many GOP friends who have used birth control in one form or another all their adult life including myself. And you'd be surprised at the number of them who also have had an abortion. The libs are for sexual freedom and all sorts of perversion including letting gays marry and adopt kids. I'm not. If they want to do their perverted things, fine, just do it behind closed doors and fgs keep innocent kids away from it.

You and I are not the ones to judge other people's behavior. Those kids raised by gays are probably better off than 99% of the kids living in the projects, ghettos and the run down trailer parks in this country. Very little is done about the quality of those kid's lives UNTIL total neglect, a rape or beating takes place. Then the do-gooders come running on all fours like a lawyer chasing an ambulance.
