Rather simplistically, unless the mortgage company produces original documents (warranty deeds, original mortgage notes, home owners hazzard insurance, etc. that are BEARER INSTRUMENTS like a dollar bill), the securitized mortgage loan process will continue to fail by releasing properties to foreign investors, one by one, some valid and some fraudlent. The three million floating foreclosures from continued jobless Americans are unstoppable. After the bank evicts one jobless family (then relegated to homelessness), the bank evicts the next jobless family on the list.
Local governments must be empowered to control the destiny of the land/property in their respective communities.
Each day, I am now approached by a young homeless person in America; the old are relegated to "manageged" institutional care.
This is not the independence upon which America was built.
Having fully explored the corruption in the financial services industry, I am now exploring the transaction-based/McDonald's style healthcare delivery systems to our seniors.
