America has had it's fill of this nonsense.
Oakland and New York have been cleared out by the police.
The Dayton group has been asked to move for the Grand Illumination, but they want to "negotiate".
They have no legal standing with which to make any kind of demand. They will be gone very soon.
The entire movement has bombed and was never anything but a joke to most people.

Yes--1% of the population holds most of the nation's money--which buys 99% of the political power. Money=Power. We are middle class and support the middle class and the 99% of the country who have no money, hence, no money

I think you mean you have no money and hence no power.
But you do have power over politicians with your vote.
First you must be very well informed, and getting your news from the main tv networks is not giving you the truth. Neither is falling for emotional campaign ads without checking the facts. For instance, did youvote "No" on Issue 2? If you did, you were manipulated by outright lies.
Second, you have the right to contact your state and federal representatives anytime you want, but you have to make the effort.
Being an informed voter takes more effort than most people want to make.
Obama has amassed a $1 BILLION dollar campaign fund. Do you think a vote for him or the Democrats will get the money out of politics?

Hate to say this, but increasingly, "Kasey" is right on this one.
Come to Sodom on the Potomac, I mean Washington, D.C. and stay awhile. You'll notice nothing happens without money real quick.
This "occupy" stuff on the other hand doesn't do diddly about it.

I suspect the last time "Kasey" voted was in 2008, for Obama.

Always interesting how they forget the money the unions drain off its members for power - or the money George Soros and other progressives rich folks contribute. In alot of ways, its good that Occupy goes on because the more they are around the more they remind people they have no solutions. Its also hard to find a job when your camped out. Add to the rapes, shootings, drug use and unsanitary conditions and most folks will tire of them and become disgusted with their actions.

Money DOES equal power but that's simply because the American voter is lazy and ignorant.

I hate the reference of 1% but let's use that. 1% cannot vote out or in politicians, they can influence the voting in of a candidate ONLY if YOU deviate from your convictions as to who YOU believe is the candidate that would best serve the country. 1% cannot make a social change But the remainder of voters CAN.

The MSM is part of the 1%. Daily they influence your thoughts.
EXAMPLE: The MSM has driven into the ground that Newt gave his ex wife divorce papers while she was in the hospital with cancer. NEVER HAPPENED. The daughters of Newt and the ex wife have publicly denounced it. THEY SAY IT NEVER HAPPENED. The daughters were very close to their mother and if it had happened would not hesitate to say so.

If voters would simply research and read bills, find out what their representatives are voting on, how they voted, what candidate in this research most reflects your ideology, your thoughts on what is important and what is not, after reading a bill and finding how your Rep voted call him/her for an explanation if it's in opposition to your thoughts on the matter.

The so-called 1% will do due diligence to obtain that which benefits them as YOU sit back and wait for handouts.

However, what benefits the 1% benefits you.

Regarding all the paid government trolls we are seeing on the net trying to put down and silence protestors. That's crazy. Or is it?

The government would never pay fat, disgusting, pathetic, useless, mentally challenged/ill, otherwise chronically unemployed, traitorous, greasy, butterball turkey pedophile, cubicle zombies to troll. Don't you think Americans would see right through them and their drolling one-liners?

The next thing you'll say is these paid trolls actually sit there all day on their computers and stack the online polls against protesting the corrupt, out of control, bloated, criminal foreign banker owned, federal government.

How big a bunch of lowlifes do you think the banker bought Deomocrats and Republicans in Washington DC are anyway? Hmmmm....

Americans will stop protesting when the government cleans up. In other words patriotic Americans aren't going to be quiting any time soon.=^P

The very wealthy got that way through immoral (if not actually illegal) activities. For every multi-millionaire that got their wealth honorably (athletes and lottery winners) there are a thousand that did not.

I think the problem we have in this country is that the wealthy won't give back to this country, This country has done so Mutch for the wealthy but the wealthy won't do a hoot for it!, One example, I am a disabled person who draws SS, Back in 1994, I tried my best to get a job at Walmart but they would not hire me, Walmart says they hired disabled people, I think this is a bold face lie!, Walmart pretends to hire disabled people, I think they're trying to cover up the fact they're a bad company, THEY ARE BAD!!!, People are right about them, Imwanted a job so bad but the finks wouldn't give me a chance, I know I may not have been able to do a full work load a job requires but I would have applied myself, After all, This is what I did in school and I was quite successful, And Walmart would have gotten a big tax break too, But no, Walmart didn't want to do anything for the country and me, I think Walmart and the wealthy aint nothing but a big bunch of selfish, Slimy PIGS!!!, THEY AND THE WEALTHY ARE GOING TO BURN FOREVER IN THE LAKE OF FIRE!!!, I can clearly see why the Bible condemns the wealthy.
