I definitely believe that the 1% are greedy selfish individuals who could stand to be unemployed for a year so that they might understand what it's like to be in the 99%. Taxpayers bailout companies like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and yet they are still able to payout $100 million in bonuses to top execs. What's wrong with this picture? The claim is that they must pay out this money in order to keep turnover low among executives, but I think it's time to let them leave and allow people with compassion to take over those top exec positions. It's time we see some selfless acts in this country. After all, we are all Americans. Seems to me that taxpayers should get bailed out and companies should be left to face the consequences of their decisions, even if it means they go out of business. I don't see small business owners getting bailed out when they make poor business decisions. They are left to face bankruptcy as should large corporations.

first off, the one percent could take off the rest of their lives and it wouldn't matter, their wealth creates money faster then they can spend it. Secondly, it is bleeding heart liberals who keep bailing out these companies with taxpayer money, vote them out.

i'm still waiting on the trickle down from reaganomics of 30 years ago because, my income in the same career has not risen one penny in all that time despite changing companies. i have no problem with capitalism if, they share with me for making them rich with my ideas,my labor and at the expense of myself and my family. But, they kept it all. They gave it all to executives bonus plans, failed ideas and waste. I did work for it and I do deserve a share because, the next guy may have just shown up for his check while, I went the extra mile.

I am part of the 99%, and believe it is time for we the people to press our government to take on the 1% and reject their corporate control over this country that rejects the basic foundation of our Constitution and democracy.

I would not associate with anything connected to "Occupy". I do not want to be a part of the trash that went on in NY........
