I think that he could have & should have done better. He has had 3 yrs. I voted for him
I thought he would do great things, but he is like all the others. Nobody cares about this
country & the economy enough to fix it. And I'm going to hate to see who gets in next,
I just hope he doesn't make it worse than it already is. How can this country take 4
more yrs. of this???

Lets not forget that it took 10 years to recover from the great depression, which, at that time, America's economy was not the backbone of a world economy like today. Also at that time, America was the worlds largest manufacturer and exporter, so the US was able to manufacture it's way back from the abyss. Obama inherited a much more intricate failing WORLD economy that was reeling rapidly toward a economic depression like the planet had never seen before (no exaggeration). Well, the President stopped the bleeding, stabilized the platform, and has been improving the economy ever since...and that is without the advantage of industry and manufacturing, as we all know America has sold its soul to outsourcing. So in my opinion, he has done a stellar job in 3 short years and exhibited his potential to advance this country. Whats more, he has done it with unprecedented obstacles and party partisanship that no other president has ever encountered before in a time of national crisis. In my opinion, President Obama has earned a second term to show what he can do, and will receive at least my vote in November.

He has made it worse, and if you want it to get much worse, vote for the loser again.

The last few months of George Dubya Bush's administration, we were losing 750,000 jobs a month, and now you want to go back to that?
Minus 750,000 jobs sounds Better than Plus 96,000 jobs.
Maybe I didn't learn the same arithmetic that you did.

If George Dubya Bush and the Republican Congress were doing an outstanding job, why didn't John MacCain win by a landslide against Obama?

Doling out cash "incentives" and bailouts weakens the economy instead of strengthening it.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Aquarius

There simply aren't enough hours in the day today for you to do everything that's on your list, so concentrate on the priorities. Don't feel guilty about what's been left out and start to worry about it. This isn't an easy day because you're feeling pressured and anxious, so don't expect too much from yourself. There's less energy than usual, which doesn't help.
