box you do realize that atheists have completely relative morality right? Who says murder is wrong? Why would you be against it? Just because you don't like it doesn't mean others can't be perfectly fine with it. Get a clue.
How odd - you think that the only thing preventing someone from committing murder or some other crime is if they're a Christian?
What about these ministers, for example ?
Aimee Semple McPherson
Jimmy Swaggart (remember him with a prostitute)
Bob Moorehead (indecent exposure)
Pat Mesiti (just like Jimmy Swaggart)
Douglas Goodman (sexual assault)
Wayne Hughes (child abuse)
Kent Hovind (tax evasion)
Lonnie Latham (offering to engage in an act of lewdness)
Gilbert Daya (stealing African babies)
Coy Privette (also a NC politician)(six counts of aiding and abetting prostitution)
Thomas Weeks III - charges of assaulting his wife
Ira Parmenter - sexually exploiting a child under 16
Joe Barron - solicitation of a minor
Vaughn Reeves - serving consecutive six-year terms for each of nine fraud counts, in a scheme that cost about 2,900 investors $13.1 million. Among aggravating factors, Martin found Reeves targeted people over age 65 and used religion to influence them.
Albert Odulele - 2 counts of sexual assault (one of which was a minor)
Allan Cundick - indecent assault on a minor
Jason Russel - vandalism & public masterbation & public nudity
Kong Hee - embezzelmentof over $50 million
Walker Reilly - attempted to murder his wife but put her in a coma
And what about the Senatorial Probe a couple yrs ago into Copeland Ministries, Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn, Eddie Long, Joyce Meyer and one other for violating tax exemptions laws?
The list above doesn't even include all the countless ministers that didn't do illegal things - they just got caught with their pants down having affairs with either other church members or other people (both opposite sex genders and same sex genders) or even those that wound up having drug addictions or alcoholism.
So do you really want to tell us that Christians truly are more moral than atheists? Is that really your argument? That Christians by virtue of their faith don't commit crimes?
Please, get over yourself. Christians are just as prone to committing crimes as atheists.
