Fk you and your Theocratic BS. You continually pontificat on this subject with half-truths and "faith" involved -- what a crock of $hit. Dealing in "truths' and facts would better suit all of us. Your half-baked BS just doesn't have much to do with the reality of life as we know it.
So, dpb...a serious and civilized question: What do you see to be truth?

"Truth is: There is no 'god"; and therefore, anything he is credited with is BS, as are the numerous "christian cults" and their supporters pontificating how we should live.

Show me any evidence he does. No evidence -- no belief: simple. Yup 100% (faith).

Sorry, science doesn't support your claim.

Either the universe was created, or it is an accident. If it always existed, that is the same as saying it is an accident as well.

You either assert one, or the other. All scientific evidence points to a creative power (we call Him God, the scientific community calls it the Big Bang Theory.) The very nature of all the universe is evidence of some sort of origin, a beginning.

There is ZERO evidence that it is all an accident, or that the universe always existed. There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever.

Thus, logic dictates, that no matter how unlikely, what remains must be the truth.

How we should live? That is simple ... in accord with God, is in accord with nature (don't harm others, love one another, don't pollute the earth, don't kill, don't steal, etc.)

The civilization you live in, right now, is a result of Christians revealing to you what God wants from us. You are enjoying the fruits of it, right now, on your computer.

So who else should be telling us how we should live? Who knows how we should live? Do you? What ideology, religion, or belief system is superior to Judeo-Christian world view, which itself brought you the modern, scientific, and democratic world that are core tenets of our faith? Which out there has given us better fruit?

In no way are gay unions even remotely compared to marriage.

What a typically mundane and typical response from someone that just got intellectual slapped in the face.

Did you like that?

Democracy, science and being 'modern' are Christian tenets? No. No they are not.
The civilization I live in is a result of people putting superstition in it's place and working from a place of common goals to rise above ignorance.

I am a union type. Working for a mutually beneficial goal isn't a problem for me. I wonder why it would be such a problem for you.

Ah, mutually beneficial? Like the UAW? GM? Government unions? Higher wages for unions on government projects? And we haven't paid for that? Own your own business. Then see where your monies go.

I have never owned a business. I most certainly have worked for businesses owned by my family. You are one of those jerk offs that thinks you have found an easy way to make money without doing the work.

Okay, either you really are a hooker and your "family" is the mob...interesting profession, when you say easy way to make money...well...there is just way too much to say...Ms. Easy.

Or

You really have worked for your "real" family...in which case nepotism.
