Polls are slanted all the time.. 60% of Americans want gay marriage. Really? Why is it 32 states (64% and millions of people , even from very liberal states) say NO and have state amendments or laws prohibiting it? The SCOTUS is never going to override the will of the public. Prop 8 will be re-instated and the DOMA will live on. It's just a matter of time

What did you diasgree with, the agenda part? It is an agenda, pure and simple. It's not about rights (marriage isn't a right, you need no permission for a right to be granted, like the right to remain silent) in this case you have to ask the state's permission to marry thus it isn't a right. The whole agruement is on what gays don't get. Statements like, We can't make medical decisions for a partner, gee get a health care proxy, no organization can deny them, we can't leave property or money in the event of out death.. gee.. make out a will, it has to be followed by law. We can't own property.. do a join in tenency,, real easy.. For every "as gays we can't do this or that" there is a legal solution. It's an agenda for a chosen lifestyle. There is no gay gene and none will ever be found there fore it isn't medical. The AMA and APA were forced to removed hetrosexual as a mental disease from there books not because the condition warranted a change, but they were threatened by the government to lose there fund status which would have cost them billions. Again politics and a agenda over science. I can't wait for the SCOTUS to rule that it will be the states right to determine SSM and not the Fed's and let the DOMA stand
