Non-carbon energy that is durable and efficient and is safer than burning coal. The Japan disaster shows that very few really understand the basic physics of radiation safety, and that's too bad.

We need to rely on other sources of energy. Nuclear power is not needed, efficient, outdated and it's an environmental hazard.

Clean and nearly unlimited safe energy. Government needs to allow recharging uranium rods to deal with storage problem and insure ready supply of fuel.

Japan is a great example of failure to modernize their plants to make them safer. The disaster could have been avoided by simply placing backup electrical generators in a safer place closer to the core pumps and not out exposed to the elements.
