Not a smart idea. We have enough problems with it not legalized. It would be worst if it is.

YES! It is Way way safer than alcohol, Xanadu, Valium, etc... never killed anyone. It is NOT physically addictive. ANYthing can be psychologically addicting, Food, shopping, collecting, tv, sports, etc...It can wean you off nicotine. Vaporizing & cooking make it TOTALLY SAFE for relaxing and unwinding. Get off the antidepressants & have a puf or two. It works much better. Makes better drivers too, cause you slow down & pay attention! Hemp and responsible manufacturing can save our country and make jobs. GMOs & herbicides are poisoning us. Get back to natural now or regret later, Local Food, & organic. Stop the Fear....It's not for everyone (only water & love is). I ask you, why do we take the rights (forced morality) away from folks who are not hurting anybody? Those kinds of judgments come from FEAR, &/or deception. Teens sometimes go looking for ways to relax and ease anxiety & tension & depression & then the hard drug dealers can use Weed as a way to lure them into using the stuff that IS physically addicting. Get wise. We need Natural Law not unjust law. Make weed legal & there will be much much less abuse of hard drugs. People take your power back!

YES! I have a Phi Theta Kappa degree in the Medical field. It is Way way safer than alcohol, Xanax, Valium, etc... it never killed or harmed anyone. It is NOT physically addictive. ANYthing can be psychologically addicting, Food, shopping, collecting, etc...It can help wean you off nicotine. Vaporizing & cooking make it TOTALLY SAFE for relaxing and unwinding. Get off the antidepressants & have a puf or two. It works much better. Antidepressants are way way over marketed. I ask you, why do we take the rights (forced morality is wrong) away from folks who are not hurting anybody? Free up the courts, add much needed money to the country, keep the money here instead of sending it to the drug empires.

We would actually be making a profit from its legalization as opposed to imprisoning 2 bit dealers and casual users (sometimes up to life) and attempting to enforce antiquated laws that initially arose for long forgotten political reasons in the first place.

As someone who has never smoked weed, I would prefer folks DIDN'T engage in drug use of any kind - that includes prescription pills, cigarettes and alcohol -
but we where we are: people enjoy feeling good. They do so through abusing food EVERYDAY. We as a society are far past the point of needing to come to terms with our outdated puritanical, selective approach to marijuana.

for medical use. I believe it is so much safer than alcohol by far. Plus it take away the chronic pain in alot of people and also better than almost all prescription drugs for people with chronic pain problems and cancer victims. Could also help some with anxiety.

The legailzation of alcohol help the economy back in the day... Legalization of Marijuana could also boost the economy create lots of jobs... So many people smoke it behind closed doors and get introuble which in return the tax payers are paying millions prob billions to jail these small marijuana crime. If I can smoke a oak tree who says I can't smoke a marijuana plant?
