The laws regarding personal use of marijuana are as foolish as national prohibition of alcohol. Drug tests by parents on their children are usually done to see if the kids are "holding out" and not sharing.

Mariuana is not the problem it is the actions of people who are not using it responsibly. Pass the law.

I believe if it grows wild, anyone should be able to do anything they want with it, as long as no one else is harmed in the process.

I don't need "the man" to tell me what I can and can't ingest...ESPECIALLY a little bit of harmless reefer!

And if the cancer rates continue to increase like it's going, WE WILL ALL BE ABLE TO CLAIM MEDICINAL USE, ANYWAY!

We are exposed to all sorts of government approved carcinogens everyday. Why do so many people (who usually don't have a clue) raise hell about pot? It isn't a safety issue at all for the government.
fact is!

The truth is, the government has figured out how to tax it. California reported an earned revenue from the taxation of marijuana last year of nearly 100 million dollars. Who can argue that with the shape the economy is in that the legalization and taxation of marijuana is a bad thing. I mean come on people, when was the last time you have ever heard of anyone ODing on pot. The answer is never, because it's not possible. It's time people. I say legalize it and watch crime rates go down. It costs too much for tax payers to keep paying for people incarcerated in our prisons for possession of a plant.
