The benefits far outweigh the risks. It's a plant, plain and simple. It's much better for the body than alcohol.

The Government will. They are salivating over the tax money they could be getting.

I like your attitude. I don't smoke it myself, but I won't put down those that do.

Alcohol tastes like sh!t. Weed doesn't exactly taste delicious either. Alcohol poisoning kills too many people. Smoking weed in a civilized manner is cool. But at the same time....It feels good to be clean.

It's non-addictive. No one ever died from an overdose. It's not laced with chemicals as cigarettes are. It's a gift from God, if you will.
If regulated, it could bring this country out of debt in a few years. Legalization will eliminate the drug cartels. And it's not a gateway drug. If it were, then water would also be considered a gateway substance. Water, then soda, then wine, then beer, then whisky, etc, etc.

Just legalize it! Regulate it like alcohol. Studies made years ago have proven the substance to be safe. LaGuardia did extensive research years ago but his findings were ignored because the Government was hellbent on making it illegal..whether or not Pot was safe...the Government put it's foot down and made criminals out of everyone who used it. It's a weed people, it grows anywhere. It's potency can be adjusted by the PH of the soil. But it's a weed that can benefit man with it's medicinal properties that to this day, even more discoveries are being made. Just legalize it...period!

Weed needs to be legalized. It's the number one cash crop in the USA and can be a huge help in releaving pain. Plus, it brings people together and makes everyone giggly and stupid (in the good way of course!) Plus, if legalized it could really help with the national debt. Legalize Green!
