Legalize it and tax it! Police officers could spend time on more important matters. It's not like people who smoke marijuana go out and cause trouble. They usually stay home, hang out, probably play video games, and eat. It would be a victimless crime, especially if there were legal channels to obtain it.

we spend so much money and effort trying to prevent people who smoke and are generaly peaceful from buying selling or cultivating it. we also have more people in prison for simple possesion of marijuana charges than all other charges combined. this is just taking up space in an already crouded prison system that could be held for more serious offenders. Then theres the economic side as said before the money were spending in an already poor economy to try to fight something that will never be stopped, could be used to try and stable the economy a little more. if legalized the government could tax it like they do to medical marijuana distributors in cali where the owners are paying upwards of $500,000 to $750 thousand a year in federal taxes alone thats not even including stat taxes, and thats one dispensary now imagine having multiple dispensaries in each state and them paying the same thats alot of money to recoop in one year just one of the many reasons i have on why weed should be legalized. it would take to long for me to write out and explain all the reasons i have. Done very extensive reasearch on subject.

It has so many benifits and there is scientific evidence to cure various types of cancer with THC oil. Lets stop continuing to kill people, and lets leagalize it and save lives!

why would wallyworld do such a thing?? I mean how would they support the fireworks and new cars they so need to have without giving young kids records for minor "drug possessions". We all know how it used to be but c'mon cops you wonder why we dont respect the law you are not respectful. why dont you go save lives or something from "legal" drugs including the ones you have in your medicine cabinet. Weather or not weed becomes legal they make their money and make their quota. Not calling anyone a pig but what happened to the cops wanting the best for the community and not changing it into a future youth of all "criminals". "johnny smoked a bunch of crack and almost had a heart attack, jimmy smoked a bunch of pot a little hungry s' all he got".

Safer than alcohol, no hangover, no D.T.'s. Regulate it through state stores and tax the piss out of it.

Pot is for drug users. I do not believe it has any medical healing qualities accept to make people high. People just want to grow it, sell it, smoke it and make artificial medical claims.

If you give users a few beers they get the same healing qualities, nothing, especially after the high wears off.
