Yes. It should be taxed heavily and regulated just like alcohol.

Those of us that have chronic pain could get relief without all the pain killers, maybe saving our livers. The farmers could have another "cash crop." The state could benefit from taxing it. Less prison space for non-violent and non-victim crime. There has never been an overdose to the point of death. Putting the dealers out of business. Lots of +++.

What's not to support.... There is no way to test the extent of intoxication (you can blood test but that would only indicate that you were positive ... within the last 45 days}.. This would drive the local law enforcement crazy. No more DUI money. Lawyers would cry.

Face it this is Kansas. Support or not, it will never happen within the lifetime of anyone reading this.

It won't ever be legalized, but if it were, we would get out of this recession in a heartbeat.

I'm not a smoker but colorado's already got it subscribed for people with chronic pain. They can get up to an ounce at a time.

It would also put an end to most of the drug wars on the border, the coyotes would quit using immigrants for mules across the desert, and it would be taxed in a huge way. It looks like the majority of people are for it.

Taxing it would bring in tax money. And the fines for driving under the influence could be the same as alcohol. The hardest part would be to test for use like a breathylzer. Sure you might have to get it from a pharmacist, but it would sure put the dealers out of business because it would flood the market and they would have to drop the prices because of inflation. This would de-value it in the black market and it wouldn't be profitable.

i would rather legalize marijuna and make alcohol illegal due to the fact there is less fatal car accidents and domestic violences with the use of marijuana than is with alcohol
