Prohibition creates crime, as it did once for alcohol. It will also put the Mexican drug cartels out of business and save countless lives. Prohibition breaks families and makes criminals out of decent law abiding citizens. Furthermore, it is un-American to lock people up in a country whose founders used cannabis.
