Is this the best thing we have to spend our time on? Enforcing personal choice laws? Prohibition hasn't worked, yet we pour millions of dollars into enforcing the broke system. If people want to smoke pot, or any drug for that matter, go ahead it's your life. The amount of money wasted and lives destroyed far outweighs any benefit of the war on drugs. Laws don't stop junkies, they will get it no matter how hard you make it.

If more people knew about the history of marijuana then they would vote yes to.Lets start with all the things it can produce besides the psycho active affects.most people don't know that can be used for dam near anything from fuel to clothes!!! not to mention the taxes it would generate in just that aspect let's get back to the real topic of the psychoactive effect that it has on people. it's pretty simple in the history of mankind there is not 1 single case reported of overdose or death as a matter of fact it also has medical properties to which most people do not know is currently legal in the state of New Jersey with a medical marijuana card but your illness needs to be life threatening to get 1 in other states such as California the list is a lot longer for the medical uses of this plant from stress to severe pain and that's just a few of the reasons why I vote yes to legalize and be able to produce it in what was named the Garden State New Jersey

I don't think you have any proof of that as a matter of fact there's nothing in medical history saying that it does that so before you go post something you don't know is true do the research first

that's very true it does help in remission of cancer that's the point I was trying to get off in my post if more people knew the history and what it could do it would be legal I think it's b******* all the money the state wastes on fighting it when they can be making 10 * the amount in taxes in revenues without all the violence

Just look at Cali. and Denver they are bringing in million's in taxe's. It is about time N,J caught up, but it is so costly almost 400 an ounce is just not right, and the waiting list is a couple month's. No wonder people have to break the law buying. There must be a better way

I'm tired of criminals making money on marijuana. The government should sell it and make the money instead of spending billions trying to stop it.

Because if you do the research, there are more harmful legal products on the market.
