Yes, I don't smoke it anymore but if it is legal, we may save money all kinds of ways.

Some of the pot thay have today, gets you higher than smoking crack, I would prefer not to share the road with people who are smoking it. How can anyone enforce a law to prevent people who are way to stoned from driving. Granted, I already know, it is not as bad as driving drunk, or while texting. There are already to many people on our roads that are stoned out of there gourd,or who are not intellegent enough to properly operate a motor vehicle while sober. Just last week that Lady in Chittenango was killed by a guy who was texting and stoned. Texting is stupid, and envolves more distraction and time than talking on the phone. If these people are dumb enough to text while driving, why wouldn't they get stoned and go for a nice joy ride. It's not like u can give someone a breathelizer and figure out how muck t-h-c is pumping through there veins either,
actually there is a retnal scanning device to determine thc intoxication. One could pull over and huff out of their gastank if they wanted too. My point is people are going to do what they want and you can't stop it. People who oppose legalization are very closed minded and unable to make their own decisions. I personally don't need the government to tell me what is safe to injest. I prefer to make my own informed decisions. Marijuana must be terrible because somebody else says so? Do some research

If the Government legalized Weed it would be more
expensive than getting it from a Drug Connection
They would start out charging $10
Than like Ciggarets and Gas they would
raise it till it became $30 pluss it
would be very harmfull because the ciggaret companys would be more than happy to adopt it and put over 4,000 chemicles in it and a buch of ect or
vice versa

stepdad went to rehab because of an addiction, his addiction also put a financial strain on the family. i see too many people scrapping pennies to get some weed and put it above everything else in their lives.

well for 1 thing you cant od on marijuana you cant end up in the hospital like you can do with alcohol cause you drink too much sould put a age limit on it like you do with drinking if you want to grow your own you need to pay to have a permit and you should be over 21 if you want to go to the store and buy it there's always a way for the government to make money off of it even know they make enough money keeping it illegal theres more benefits having it legal I smoke pot every day I work full time as a nurse I am vary good worker so it doesn't turn people into bums thats what some pepole chose to be so all I got to say is what the alcohol company likes to say drink responsibly but also smoke responsibly thank u

As someone who uses marijuana medicinally I strongly feel as though it's my right to smoke weed instead of taking adderal, which I'am prescribed to for ADHD and which is highly addictive drug. Adderal is speed and from m own experience have seen it destroy lives. Please pass this bill so that people like me can avoid being vilified for smoking a plant.

Cigarettes are much more addicting than marijuana, so legalize it once and for all.

Marijuana is less harmful then Alcohol. Marijuana is available everywhere, will never be stopped. Instead of making Criminals out of users, make money off of them by taxing and regulating it. Anyone that wants it can get it already , it cannot be stopped, the people want it, make it legal and tax it!

bigger problems than pot smokers IMO. I don't smoke it, but what harm do they cause?
