There should be no law outlawing the production, distribution, or use of marijuana by adults for adults. Private institutions--including employers and schools--can make their own rules on the issue. That's how a truly free society works!

I'm not a toker myself; I'm just someone who believes in individual liberty. Lawmakers and police are no better than the rest of us!

You’ll also see that the history of marijuana’s criminalization is filled with:

* Racism
* Fear
* Protection of Corporate Profits
* Yellow Journalism
* Ignorant, Incompetent, and/or Corrupt Legislators
* Personal Career Advancement and Greed

Proof here. Stop making decisions on what other people say...start researching for yourself and create YOUR OWN opinions

I don't support sitting on your arse and getting baked all day, but it should be a right of every citizen. no one dies from weed. in fact, there are lots of medical benefits. maybe if people had more self control, it wouldn't look so bad

The punishment doesn't fit the 'crime'. If legalized, tax it and treat it like tobacco or alcohol. Not only can monies be made through tax and other uses of lesser hemp but monies are also saved by keeping people out of overcrowded jail.

Congress has no authority to ban it. Let individual states decide for themselves.

The Legalization of Marijuana would stimulate jobs in a economy that need it. We could also make hemp which is a replacement for rope.

Follow this link to the top 10 most influential organizations for legalizations:

www.dinafem.org/en/blog/canabis-marijuana-leg ...#

The links on this page include LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition).

There are also links to peer reviewed studies that challenge the notion that canabis has no medicinal value.

You're welcome.
