The regulations on marijuana in arizona are one of the most extreme in the country and is wasting state funding. The jails and the court systems are inundated with people who are charged with possession. Its a Federal offence as well for something that grows naturally and has been used for thousands of years as a natural pain reliever.

pot is much less detrimental in all ways over alcohol. I have never heard of anyone getting violent after smoking pot. Of course, as with any substance, I certainly would not be in favor of minors using it, as their life should be focused on developing skills nessecary for survival in this overly complex world we live in. The rest of us though, should be able to decide for ourselves how to spend our free time.

I would support legalization of pot 100% over alcohol everytime. I dont do either one, but have in the past and it is clearly obvious to me that drinking causes more problems in society, both medically and legaly. Of course, as with alcohol excess is always a concern. The difference is that with alcohol, excess causes medical and legal problems, as well as death. The problem with pot is that it can be a gateway drug for the weak.

It is a gift to humans, and someday ignorance and prejiduce must fall. More than anything, it should be a choice that people should be "free" to make. It is a remarkable and beautiful plant, that has endless possibilities, and so much to bring to the world. People have been fooled by propaganda for the last 100 years and it must stop. For the healing of the nations.

Any medication is highly more toxic, and cannot be used daily, long-term, without creating a mirad of side effects and problems beyond the original diagnosis. Marijuanna isn't just for the sick and the dying. It can enrich daily life for anyone. Not that "everyone" should smoke, but it should be an option for anyone wishing to exerience relief of everyday stresses that all humans share

this is totally wrong and just stupid it is physically impossible to overdose on marijuana the worst that happens is you pass out but that's still harmless they need to legalize being drunk is completely different than high drunk impairs your motor skills and judgement abilities marijuana produces a body(sometimes a mind) high that makes you feel more like laying down and napping some are an active high that make you want to do things there's no way to get the effects that you do from alcohol from marijuana unless you put it in alcohol which few people do so dont act like millions will die if marijuana was legalized the facts all support the legalization of it. thank you

marijuana has been thrown in the "drug" category when really it is just a plant. much like tobacco "used" to be but with stronger effects.

Marijuana is one of the best plants in the world. It will calm you, help with depression and can help remove pain. It should be legalized due to its great effects. Marijuana is not addictive, has no bad effects on the body if ate, and has not many bad effects if vaporized.

i have few sickness and pot seem to be the only thing that helps me get through the day with very low pain
