There's already enough unemployed, undereducated, and overweight individuals in this area without adding pot induced laziness and the munchies.

I saw a study that claimed dope smokers were less inclined to obesity. But this is just the ghost of threads past and not likely to result in any conversions one way or the other.

That's not what Snoop Dogg says. Or Paul McCartney, Willie Nelson, Bob Marley, Woody Harrelson, etc. Then again, none of them live in Cochise county. Maybe you are blaming the wrong thing for the lazy unemployed undereducated overweight folks you're thinking of.

Yep. That's Snoop Dogg is a REAL role model.
Seriously, Paul McCartney, Willie Nelson, Bob Marley and (gasp) Woody Harrelson are NOT role models or stellar individuals just because they are famous. And being lucky enough to become famous does not mean they are someone to look up to in life.*eyeroll*

I'm just saying they are not lazy despite marijuana use. I don't think we have to look up to anyone. I also don't think we have to look down on anyone. The people I mention are older, younger, black, white, country, rock, reggae. The point is all kinds of people smoke pot. Too many of these anti-pot comments are cheap shots at stereotyping. If the guy next door is a lazy pot smoking bastard, chances are he is a lazy bastard by choice, pot or no. In a perfect world nobody would smoke pot but nobody would *eyeroll* either.

If I have a lawn to mow or need someone to clean my toilets I'll bw sure to put the word our that no drug test will be required. I'm sure there will be plenty of applicants who think pot is wonderful and keeps you motivated!
