Legalization of Marijuana for medical purposes can only happen if we look at the issue completely. I support it for pain management and for those who have a need for it medically.

I'm not a user, never have been. But considering it's no worse than drinking or smoking, which are both legal, why not legalize it and get the tax revenue.

Legalizing marijuana would free up police to focus on more serious crime, would reduce the flow of money to crime organizations, and I personally think that the same restrictions that we place on alcohol can be placed on marijuana- regarding legal age, DUI, etc.

By all means keep it illegal, the drug cartels do not want to have to pay taxes any more then you do. By keeping it illegal we can help support the cartels and there efforts to topple the Mexican Government.

The people that are opposed are ignorant people who haven't researched marijuana. Doctors and Universities have already proved that marijuana is not as bad as the government said.
