pot should be legal, maybe all the taxes the gov will put on it will be the way out of national debt. I'd say at least 50 percent of people have or still smoke the green

the only reason marijuana isn't legal is because the govt. cant tax it because it can be grown.

I smoke for chronic migraines that I've had since I was 12. name the medication and I've probation tried it. I suffered from depression because of the severity of the pain along with the harsh, addictiveness of the "medicine".

I do not drink, I do not smoke cigarettes and I work full-time at a job that does not test for marijuana. I am also working very hard towards my bachelors. I changed my career choice only because when I was trying to be a paramedic/firefighter, I found the glory of matijuana and the joy it has brought back to my life.

the only reason I work at these less than desirable jobs is because of the fear of being randomly tested. not everyone uses it wisely but just like anything else it is abused. wake up people this is not harmful and if someone uses it and happens to do other drugs as well, then they were probably going to do the really dangerous drugs to begin with.

it's time for a change. there are always people who will make anything look bad. there are alcoholics and there are those who drink at a social level at classy parties. stop associating every marijuana user as a burn out who will do nothing with their lives. burnouts can happen to anyone who has never touched the plant.

Follow this link to the top 10 most influential organizations for legalization:

www.dinafem.org/en/blog/canabis-marijuana-leg ...#

The links on this page include LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition).

There are also links to peer reviewed studies that challenge the notion that canabis has no medicinal value.

You're welcome.

The war on drugs has been a complete failure, the reason it's a failure is, by declaring a war on drugs you have declared war against the citizens of the United States, we are the largest consumer market for illegal drugs, and I mean by a long shot. The only realistic answer that works is legalization. This isn't our grandparents world people, times they are a changin. No prohibition on marijuana. Fight the power

VanillaGrandma believes that legalized marijuana would be a great way to cut down on the over crowded prisons, why lock some peace Loving person up for enjoying their life! Instead lock up the violent criminals and let those peace loving folks boost our economy by legalizing it and thus taxing the business owner just like we tax those with Liqouir establishments! Look how Colorado has flourished, by boosting their economy and why fight it.......it's been here a million years and it'll be here a million more rather we like it or not!

My grandmother is sick with cancer. If weed aas legalized we would be able to try new medicane. Marijuana brings out appetite. Its horrible knowing that it can help her but it's illegal. Here I think it would be good in medicane with given more practice. Why should we as people have this rite taken away. Everybody is rite tabacco, meth, alcohol kills ppl everyday. If ppl see it as bad then don't mess with it. Ppl smoke cigs and some don't it's a choice . So I believe that we all deserve to make our own choices. Wether it be lighting up a doobie or putting one out or just not buying the product.
