<quoted text>Depends on the state and what you were doing. A DUI after an accident or posession with intent to distribute,or getting shook down in a school zone whether or not school is in session will cause headaches. In most cases the police don't have to exert any effort to arrest stoners, they do stupid stuff in public, draw attention and get themselves caught!
maybe in your back asswards state. it all comes down to $, not safety. If you think otherwise, then you're a fool...

Then don't use it. And be sure to vote for laws that won't allow people to drive while on it. Just like alcohol. Alcohol is legal because prohibition did not work. Prohibition is not working for cannabis. You are at risk with drug cartels selling drugs illegally because there is such a high demand for them. Legalizing is the answer. Sell it like alcohol. Make laws. Just like alcohol. Or continue to be at risk of you or your family accidentally running into an illegal drug sale or grow from dangerous drug cartels.

<quoted text>Tell it to the judge. I'm sure he will understand your conviction, set you free and apologize profusely for ruining your day. YOU show him who rules!
THE PEOPLE are suppose to rule, and the newest polls from The People say 52%(just went up from 51%) support legalizing. Do you read what the Mexican Cartels are doing? Do you care? Do you read or do you understand what selling illegal drugs on the streets is doing to this country? Do you understand that the demand for illegal drugs is so great in this country that the war on drugs for 50 years has only increased the demand? Do you know that International Banks have admitted to laundering illegal money for those cartels? Answer these questions instead of telling everyone for the millionth time how getting caught will ruin our lives. Our lives are ruined as long as drug cartels are roaming free selling to our kids.

<quoted text>Hey Guitarzan, tell it to the judge, not me. You have your way of how the perfect world of a stoner should be but it's up to YOU to convince the courts .Obey only the laws you like but be prepared for whatever comes along as a result of that thinking. Be big and baaaaad in the face of a judge just as you would here on Topix.
is smart enough not to face no judge. quit with the fear mongering. it's obvious you're a fool. How's the tire tracking crusade going?

What your lame brain seems to fail to understand is this:

No ban, no jail time.

Weve tried to get that through to you for two years now but you're to dense to get it. Grow a brain, idiot.

If this poll is any indication, we should try and get a bill on the ballots. We just may win.

<quoted text>Hey Guitarzan, come on down and bring your big baggie with you if you have big balls. You can tell our judges a thing or two about how to run their courts. Maybe they will understand your garbage and see the light!
Maybe you should go back to Jr high and learn how law works.
Lift the ban through legislation and the judges will have nothing to do with it.
Pull your head out and smell the air, idiot.

The difference, of course, is there are no recorded deaths attributed directly to cannabis.
Interesting how pot got warehoused together with and classifies more dangerous than more dangerous drugs.

Cannabis and hemp laws were pushed through by those that wanted to protect their own interests such as the paper industry, cotton, tobacco and alcohol to name a few. Tricky Dicky (Nixon) pushed through and made the war on drugs in the 1970's to create not only a monstrous narcotic regulatory division, paid for still to this day with tax dollars, but also to allow the International Banksters a huge profit of money laundering world wide. The money involved is tremendous, and ppl are starting to see the truth of all of it...only took 40 years. We trusted our elected officials, but we can no longer trust, we must be involved, and legalizing cannabis is one small step to regaining our liberties and freedoms. Pot doesn't kill anyone. Never did and never will.
