"The prestige of government has undoubtedly been lowered considerably by the prohibition law. For nothing is more destructive of respect for the government and the law of the land than passing laws which cannot be enforced. It is an open secret that the dangerous increase of crime in this country is closely connected with this."
-Albert Einstein

Stand Up For Your Rights!
Don't Give Up The Fight!
In Tribute to the Brave Drug Warriors, Fighting For Freedom and Against Prohibition:

" Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs, and hugging the delusive phantom of Hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot? Sir, we are not weak, if we make a proper use of those means which the God of nature placed in our power. Three millions of people armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone: it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. "

- Patrick Henry

"They must find it difficult...
Those who have taken authority as the truth,
rather than truth as the authority."

- Gerald Massey Egyptologist

MARIJUANA IS A NATURAK HERB. ITS NEAR TO HUMANLY IMPOSSIBLE DO O.D. ON. IT HAS COUNTLESS MEDICAL APPLICATIONS. IT EXPANDS CONSCIOUSNESS.(THE MAIN REASON IT IS ILLEGAL N MOST AMERICANS GET STUCK WITH SHITY SWAG). IT COULD BE TAXED EFFECTIVELY. IT WOULD PROMOTE JOBS N REVENUE FOR OUR OBSCURE ECONOMY THAT IS SPIRALING DOWN THE CAN. SOMETHING LIKE 60% OF THE PERSONS IN THE AMERICAN PENAL SYSTEMS ARE NON-VILENT POT OFFENDERS.(THE MAJORITY OF WHICH ARE PRIVATISED.) AS lEARY SAID, ITS A WAR ON PERSONAL FREEDOM. THE BRAIN HAS CANABANOID RECEPTORS FOR A REASON! ETC... THE LIST GOES ON N ON. WHEN THERE IS A WAR THERE IS USUALLY EVENTUALLY A VICTOR. THERE WILL NEVER BE A VICTOR IN THE " WAR " ON DRUGS. THE GOVERNMENT MOVES MOST OF THE DRUGS IN ANYWAYS. THEN THEY SELL ROLLING PAPERS, BLUNT WRAPS, N PIPES AT ALMOST ANY GAS STATION. U CAN GO TO A HEAD SHOP N BUY ANYTHING U NEED TO CONSUME MARIJUANA ANY WAY U LIKE. YET ITS ILLEGAL. SOUNDS LIKE A SET UP TO ME. THEN THEY HAVE ALL THOSE NICE PRIVATISED PRISONS FOR U TO GO SIT IN WHEN THEY CATCH U PLAYING WITH THEIR TOYS. ITS QUITE SAD THAT MARIJUANA IS STILL ILLEGAL.

Every smoke can give u cancer. Marijuana can be tends to help reduce cancer and tumors before it becomes serious. The why it's a medical drug in some cases. My friend had a cancer that took over is body and when it got to his brain.. He died. He told me the only thing that gave him relief from the excruciating pain, was prayer and weed. I feel nothing more to say if government can't look past others differences in this and see the truth that cannabis is good. It's like talking to a brick wall

No one has mention the thick gum that covers the lungs when abusing this product. Lots of chemicals in the leaves.

God gave us all seed barring plants to use, not to argue over and steel money "taxes" from your people to use against them "those that pay taxes" and then later turn around and say that your doing them "tax payers" a favor and keeping them safe from the bad people.

The regulated selling of marijuana would not only cause a significant increase in the government budget, of a similar magnitude to the regulated distribution of tobacco and alcohol, but would also decrease incidence of petty crime, increasing the efficiency of the criminal justice system so that it could focus its time and money on other, significant issues. Establishing a marijuana supply chain would also create many thousands of jobs for Americans, as it would create a new multistep process with high demand that required workers for its growth, harvesting, processing, packaging and distribution. Finally, the lack of palpable drawbacks to the use of marijuana, such as its lack of potential physiological addiction and its relatively minor acute impact on function lead to question the ethicality and reasoning behind its illegality, as an ideal government should, while trying to maintain the welfare of its citizens, not prevent itself from achieving this very goal by unnecessarily limiting their freedom.

It's less deadly than cigarettes and could provide alot of tax revenue, as opposed to tax expense incarcerating people for it.
