Where to start? Marijuana laws are all based on lies and as such are a defining issue. More than any other issue, this defines who a candidate is working for, the people, or the lobbyist. Violent crime on our own shores and against our own honest politicians and judges, imprisoning more citizens than any nation in history, all just to keep and feed the "Prison Industrial Complex"

There is no issue more critical than this for our nation and it has nothing to do with smoking pot.

There is no scientific proof that pot is any worse for people than alcohol or other "legal" substances. Moreover, the "war on drugs" is costing our country dearly in terms of lives and resources with no return on the investment. Legalize pot and related criminal activities will diminish.

Medical Marijuana works! Many people find relief from pain, and we cannot discount how many mental problems are lightened with the perspective of an alternative viewpoint that marijuana provides. Marijuana also enhances creativity, and increases energy for countless individuals. From my experience (and I am an older woman who is a functioning memeber of society), maijuana is a positive medicaine and should be legalized!

As a medicine, I have seen too many people get relief from pain and have their spirits lifted by marijuana to doubt its efficacy- Many individuals become more creative and energetic, and marijuana , to me, does more good than any harm-

They smoke it anyways, why not make it legal in Florida and the have the federal govt legalize it. Tax the THC,- however there needs to be stipulations, like no driving while intoxocated with THC, same goes for driving, why not?

If you allow the sale of the addictive, "spice" on every corner then marijuana should be legal.
