It's time to legalize marijuana. Let the government tax it and the paraphenalia to use it. Free up the prison space for the true criminals--the murderers, rapists and child molestors.

Why should we the taxpayers be spending money on DEA busts for a product that harms no one. You can't get addicted to it.

Alcohol is legal, yet people become addicted to it. People die from alcohol poisoning. How come no one sues the liquor industry like they go after Big Tobacco?

It's safer than alcohol and cigarettes and it's being used anyway - why not legalize and regulate it.

Agreed. Put it to a real vote. I'd vote for legalization. Let the DEA go after the heroin, cocaine and meth.

Shouldnt have been illegal in the first place, it has more medical value then tylenol and cant kill you, its natural not fabricated in a meth lab atmosphere. People have been smoking pot for the last 3000 years as medical or recreational uses. America grow up and go fight meth or crack ect...Times have changed plus its legal in Colorado, Why not Florida? Its a part of religion but religion doesnt support it? In christianity they speak about loving all of "gods" creations and Marijuana is one of them, but whos against it? The pure drug free biblepushers, that are willing to molest a child but not support pot? F-that.-Peace.

The ban on Marijuana was orchestrated by the alcohol and tobacco industries in the 30's to protect their profits. It should be legalized taxed and regulated as alcohol and tobacco are and stop wasting tax $$'s criminalizing regular people who rather smoke pot than drink.

Skunk is nice but I have a taste for that sticky, piney, hybrid hydro that makes me dream of christmas as a kid. And it sticks to my fingers and stains them like I was eating the homemade fudge! Yes sir, it's a holiday in every bag!

MORE THAN A DOZEN U.S. STATES HAVE LEGALIZED MARIJUANA FOR MEDICAL USE. ASIDE FROM BEING ABLE TO HELP THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WITH NUMEROUS MEDICAL ILLNESSES, THE STATE WILL BE ABLE TO TAX THE SALE OF THE CROP. THIS CAN ONLY HELP LOWER THE $3 BILLION BUDGET DEFICIT THE STATE IS PRESENTLY FACING. MOREOVER, IT WILL FREE UP A TON OF CRIMINAL COURT CASES WHICH ALREADY CLOG AN OVER BURDEN LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE STATE, AND OPEN SPACE IN JAILS FOR REAL CRIMINAL OFFENDERS. THE PROS FAR OUT WEIGHT THE CONS. THINK OF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHICH WILL FIND EMPLOYMENT WHEN MEDICAL MARIJUANA SHOPS START POPPING UP ALL OVER FLORIDA'S 63 COUNTIES. IT WILL BE GREAT FOR THE ECONOMY TOO! LOS ANGELES COUNTY HAS OVER 600 MARIJUANA SHOPS. THINK OF ALL THOSE JOBS! JOBS! JOBS! WHICH WILL BE CREATED, NOT TOO MENTION NEW BUSINESSES THAT WILL OPEN WHICH WILL BE PAYING TAXES TO THE STATE AND COUNTIES.... PASS THE LAW

I agree with you since you are saying the same things I've been saying.

FYI, when you post in ALL CAPITALS, it's like you are yelling.

Have a nice day, Barryko.
