I myself am not a marijuana smoker, but I would support it. To me marijuana is not as bad as alcohol. I have many friends that smoke it and they don't go around all stupid like these people drinking and all pills.

That's exactly why they haven't yet
because they're trying to figure out not just how to tax it but how to prevent the"common man"from growing it and circumventing the tax
process.

right again,they should legalize it and tax it like they do alcohol,and tobacco,it is a good alternative to these 2 products,at least its not as dangerous health wise,as these 2 products.it has way to much benefits not to legalize it.
