Marijuana prohibition is not working, never has, and never will. IT is costing us as a country more than it ever has, and marijuana alone has never caused a single death in the history of it's existence. WATCH "THE UNION" - YOUR LIFE WILL CHANGE.

Let's use the resources the good Lord gave us for good instead of complaining about them and making the least dangerous of them illegal.

Cannabis is non toxic and has much more to offer for the environment and economy than just being used as medicine.

I have minor arthritus, and insomnia, and i cannot function with out Marijuana. it makws me sleep well. ok and here is another point of view legalizing Marijuana can make it safer around Michigan becasue right now there are ALOT of deaths and over dosing on the pills prescribed by doctors... you CANNOT O.D. on Marijuana i have been using pot for years, and in my case it didnt lead to other drugs, it just does what it needs to do.

I would prefer to see people use marijuana vs. any form of pain medication any day. I have seen many lives ruined from narcotic use and marijuana users get a bad wrap. If it is an evil, its definatly the lesser of the two.

Well this could be a book but simple. Look at it for medical use or any othere reason and the answer will be the same it s safer then ther rest. Look at pain pills people OD on them all the time. Cannabis is very hard to OD (most likely have to stop and eat before ever gettng close). And the next look at drinking, it just a mess millions of people have die or killed someone driving drunk. It kind of funny (in a way) I was talking to my wife about how there are 50000 poeple useing medical marijuana. She said oh great now we got to worry about poeple driving high. Which I'm sure there are a few death related to someone driving high but it is no were near drinking. I mean just look at bars.... what gives whit that. You go to a place and pay high prices to drink thenyou drive home. I know we are suppose to use taxis.... right if this was true then there would be a taxis company right next door. But there not. Well I could go on but I'm typing this on my phone and have already said enough

I don't want impaired drivers on the road. The police officers have enough trouble keeping drunk drivers in check.

Under no circumstances have I ever seen a situation where marijuana is dangerous. Unless of course you are smoking in bed or have a run-in with Josh Gladu...

yes i do,and i do not even smoke it,better then a drunk being on the road, and better then pill poppers who pass out behind the wheel, making it legal for everyone would save alot of money they spend on trying to bust people,

its still ilegal by federal standards. The people getting arrested for growing it in emmet and charlevoix counties are mostly just drug dealers with the marijuana cards. selling pills and other substance. Bad law.written poorly. allowing the riff raff.to be legal weed dealer. michigan needs to make it ilegal again and start from scratch.

Legalize and tax marijuana the same as alcohol. We would put drug cartels out of business, create jobs and be able to pay off the national debt in a very short time.

Prohibition of alcohol was as big of a charade as the ridiculous "war on drugs".
