Almost everyone around the world smokes marijuana. Why make it illegal if people are gonna do it anyways? Making it illegal will cause more problems by filling up the jails and juvinile halls. Use those spaces for people that really do need to be n custody. Make Weed Legal!

Once THC becomes a legally prescribed drug, Calif welfare will be buying it for all those on MediCal. We live in a sorry society!

Medical Drug? No we are on two different channels I want people to cut the b.s. One more recreational drug like Alcohol regulated and
sold in stores across the state where people will pay a tax like on cigarettes or soda. Legalize it but cut the"medical" crap

America is a market economy The state could take over the said market by growing packaging and distributing the good stuff. Hell we can even use prison labor. If the other states and the fed go legal we can export our crop as well. Think big!!!
Or like I said have the guy who buys taxed like with cancer sticks. Nyc is making seven bucks on every pack of cigs sold. We could do the same with bud, and once it's legal it's no longer part of the counter culture so less idiots smoking it just for an image.

There is no reason whatsoever for marijuana to be illegal

It's not a "drug", it's a plant. It grows naturally, not manufactured like a narcotic.

It is time to decriminalize marijuana. It is a waste of our tax paying dollars to fight for something too many citizens want.
