Costs to much to enforce the ban since users show no desire to follow the current law. May as well legalize it and tax it.

Tax revenues!!! That way our state will have a vested interest in casino's, tobacco and liquor sales, and dope! The Republican dream of no income tax could now come true...

Look at the laws and see the futility of the war on drugs and the money being spent. Look at the places you can't go because they are hiding, laying in wait to shot first in our national parks. I'd rather have a kid smoke versus driving drunk

The most abused legal drug is alcohol. Marijuana will only be worse. Dopers will kill more people than alcohol ever will.

Pot smokers tend to be mellow and non aggressive. Alcohol on the other hand changes your whole personality, and I feel so much tax money is wasted on unnecessary arrests/court hearings.Lives are ruined. Legalize it allready!!

The law is based on lies from a pharmacutical company...and is not near as bad as alcohol.

Heck yeah. Make it legal. The pot law is totally retarded!! If the police would 'focus' on more serious crimes, JoCo and O.P. would have less crime. Tabacco causes cancer - ban that stuff!

I believe that marijuana is less dangerous than liquor. We spend too much money fighting to stop marijuana. This money could be put to better use. Let it be regulated like tobacco and hit with the same taxes. Allow no advertising - follow the tobacco rules. Must be 19 to buy it.

The propaganda that I, personally remember seeing in grade school and middle school was so completely off-base, it's ridiculous. Anyone remember the movie 'Reefer Madness'? Stupidest film I'ver seen. WHO fell for that film's point, anyway? What a joke! This war on pot is 'run' by a bunch of worthless wonders. Remember that.

Marijuana laws all revolve around outdated and falsified testing information. Ever heard someone say "Weed kills brain cells" ? This stems from a study in which they sped up the process, inducing monkeys with Marijuana smoke via a sealed gas mask. No additional oxygen was put through the mask, only smoke; Hence brain cell damage. The brain cannot function, begins to shut down upon lack of oxygen.

Films such as "Reefer Madness" and "Hemp for victory" etc, should be more than enough to correctly depict the absurd nature of this prohibition.

If only we could get the majority of voters to even attempt to understand that they've been brainwashed on numerous political topics... and that they should seek information outside of the generalized media for truth.

Although, I don't use it, I strongly believe that marijuana should be legalized. I have yet to see one non-US government funded study that shows that direct harm. Just remember, you can get meth by prescription(Desoxyn), but not pot. P.S.: If you think pot is for losers, then Bill Gates is a loser as was JFK. Vist http://www.veryimportantpotheads.com/
