Legalize it, tax and regulate the stuff. Marijuana is much safer than alcohol and tobacco. The government has no business telling what to put into my body. Prohibition of Marijuana is not working...legalize and take the profits away from the Mexican cartels.

Even if medical use is legalized for you while you recouperating, you still have to be clean to go back to work after your doctor releases you. Most companies would have a problem having you on their premises knowing that you have MJ in your system for liability reasons. They just can't afford the risk of a situation or accident and jeopardizing their insurance coverage and threats of lawsuits.

You are probably ADHD because your parents were drug addicts too.

it is a useful medical herb, has been used for centuries,it has been shown to not be addictive,it was maligned by Hearst
back in early part of 20th century to counter the use of
hemp as a replacement of wood for paper production,Hearst
owned huge forests for wood paper production,
as a medical herb is considered safer than many medications use for pain, and is far cheaper than otc pain meds like tylenol

if it were legal,

all those who smuggle it in and
all those who illegally grow it
will be out of a job.

its the idiot users that are the problem. If there were no users there would be no problems from it. Problem solved.

In a 2010 report by the Common Sense for Drug Policy Organization, the American annual causes of death were classified under the following categories:

Tobacco Related 430,700
Alcohol Related 110,640
Prescription Drugs 32,000
Suicide 30,575
Homicide 18,272
Drug Induced Deaths 16,926
NSAIDís (such as Aspirin) 7,600
Marijuana 0 deaths

Before you start to wonder about the veracity of the figures above, you should be aware that no one has ever been officially declared dead from direct or indirect marijuana consumption.

and your point is? If people would stop smoking weed then we wouldn't have to worry about all the crime associated with it. Again, problem solved.

Yes. And it was 100 times better than the wine made by man.
