Yes I am smart, thank you. Why would anyone choose to buy that which he can legally grow? Right now, you can buy it on almost any street corner in almost any town in the United States, however when that transaction occurs, you actually ARE supporting organized crime, such as the drug cartels, who make their largest income from Marijuana. There are more things marijuana can fix that it can't fix. Not just including the THC in the product but the hemp that comes from marijuana. People have been smoking marijuana for thousands of years including the native americans and I dont think people are gonna stop smoking it so the government might as well make a profit off of the product while the gettin is good

Fact:Marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol and cigarettes, Fact: Marijuana has actually been used to help with several medical conditions. Also how many jobs would be created and how much tax payers money would we save. Its common sense folks. Seriously not sure how anyone could oppose this.
