But those who feel that it causes 'no harm' are incorrect. Just as I would not want my sergeon or pilot drunk, I sure as hell don't want them stoned. It is as deadly as the lack of intellegence of the person smoking/drinking. Proper time and place, fine. We as Americans have a hard time with that though.
