if it was legal, it would not be interesting. also money would be made instead of trying to stop it

It should not be concerted a harmful drug never heard of anyone over dosing or killing for a joint. the law has bigger problems to go after like crack and crank and real crime

marijuana today is refined and much more potent than that of the 60's. Legalizing an hallucinagenic drug is a bad direction to take.

why pay out so much money and use so much workforce to make the drug which is a herb illegal when our greedy and ever needful government could make money on it.

Marijuana is a "gateway"drug. A pot smoker moves on to something else to get a bigger high, heroin, cocaine, opium, etc.

Yes, marijuana should be legalized for medical and recreational purposes. It should have been legalized way before now.

Another side effect is mental retardation.I myself am all for legalizing every drug imaginable with controlled administering stations(hospitals/clinics).Le t the crack heads kill themselves at whatever pace they choose, but a law should be in place for a minimum of fifty year prison sentence for anyone caught giving someone drugs that hasn't ever done them.
