think of how it could be taxed. I know the drunks in town pay ther booze tax. why not the smokers.

I look at the drug issue this way. If its all legalize with in 2 years the jumkies would be dead and the honest tax payer would pay ther taxes. Now I know alot of people think its wrong to let junkies kill them selves but its a sad fact of life.

And all the people in this country will be stoned out of their minds at work, school and while driving. Nothing like legalizing something to impair us even more. You stupid pot heads can dream on, it's never gonna happen. The only thing that will happen is it will be issued more freely to people who have chronic pain and diseases.

Great, that atleast gives people the legal OPTION to possess it with out having to deal in the black market so to speak.
They have an onsite doctor in clinics out west. Much as we do here with flu shots. Walk in, pay him 50 bucks to hear your aches and pains, and out the door with a precp. to the clinic to get your weed. Better quality then you can usually get off the street too.

yes its a good Idea. but the freeks will say no it will harm us more than the booze dose rember the same puritans put the laws on the books out of fear.

Then you have the stoners who if any one is reading the major thread on the issue they themselves have made the a poor case for getting it leagle. kinda like fueling the puritans beleaf that the stoners will run a muck. like in refer maddness. lol

cool put in clinics to get scrips. but also put up factorys & make rope, paper, food. JOBS...

my opinion

Are all the people drunk at work, school, and while driving. Yes there are always those who will abuse it, but to legalize and tax it AND impose restrictions just like alcohol could mean big tax revenue. Health care, Schools, community revialization. The possibilities are endless

One person every forty five seconds is killed in a drunk driveing accident in this Country. When and if pot is made legal, I wonder how that will effect the roadways.

in Lake County, i worry more about the SENIOR CITIZENS driving, that should have had the keys taken away long ago, and killing people! how many times in the past year have you heard in accidents involving seniors "i thought i was hitting the brakes". case in point-Madison Giant Eagle...teacher got killed by a senior citizen that should not have been driving!!!!
