....most likely seventy five years of government lies and propaganda. That is how gullible people usually react when they can't understand facts and statistics.

The majority of the American people supporting the legalization of marijuana is one thing but how about progressive action toward the our goal. People cannot continue being arrested everyday for mere personal possession of this herb of peace while evil criminal organizations are reaping all the profit$. Everyone should agree jail time is the biggest health risk from marijuana. How much more evidence do we need? Whats the hold up? The only factual debate the opposition has is that it has been illegal for 75yr. A lot of people thought segregation needed to be the law too... It's time to use democracy America.(At least for the sake of medicine)

It gets a bad rep but really it's just a harmless plant. It has effects but not nearly as bad as one would think, it doesn't cloud your judgement and it"s healthier for you than cigarettes. Most people hate it simply becauseof what they heard or they tried it and didn't like it, but if it were legalized think of how many people with anxiety, cancer, depression or eating disorders could benifit from this. It's time for us all to quit being close minded and think of the good it could do for not only for our citizens but for our economy as well. I support legalization not because I smoke it, but because it's harmless.

Will help the deficit. take guns off the street. Reduce crime. Lesson impacts on prisons. Make the USA a safer place to live. This war is communistic as in a true democracy people are held to have personal responsibility. If was a gateway drug all smokers would be heroin addicts and thats not true.

The excuses ppl are making aginst it are funny smh. The reason ppl always say its a gateway drug is that it being illegal puts it in the same market as hardcore deadly drugs, which it is not one of them. Ppl see that marijuana is harmless and might make the mistake thinking the rest of them aren't either. If its legal there won't be a gateway duh
