Marijuana prohibition has been responsible for ruined lives, wasting huge amounts of national treasure, overcrowding our prisons, and making attorneys rich, all for a substance scientifically proven to be much less harmful than either alcohol or tobacco, both of which are legal.

Beats being run over by a drunk or molested by a drunk cop!

Better to be a little stoned than to be a flibbing drunk. JMO!

It is here to stay and in my opinion, no worse than alcohol (not that I approve of alcohol).

Marijuana does less harm than alcohol/tobacco and is a plant that has many medical benifits. Tax it ,regulate it like liquor/tobacco and you get to close many prisons and cut taxes. Also remove any marijuana arrest/charge from a persons record.Keep the finespaperworks costs something.

No way! Legalize it and then no one can make 1000% markup when they sell it.

It would be safer than Sam Rich and his drugs.
It would be safer than what Drugs the Dyer brothers were allowed to use for so, so long until their demise! JMO!

laws define our society. They mark the boundaries of acceptable behavior. Like the walls of ancient civilizations, they create a barrier of protection for the citizens. When laws are righteously upheld, a society flourishes. When they are not, unrest follows. The best way to destroy a civilization is to breach it's laws, to confuse people about what is acceptable. Legalizing marijuana is such a move my friend.

Where does the legalization stop. How far do we retreat from the boundaries of common sense and decency? Liquor is legal and look at the misery and documented destruction it brings to families in the form or domestic violence, alcohol related deaths and injuries, addiction casualties, etc. Do we ignore the facts and legalize another agent of societal destruction?

Better to have legal pot than to have corrupt cops and meth lab's and drug using cops working in CCSO and the APD.
Let me not leave out the ones in Bowie county!
Have you ever noticed how cAss county tries to hide the cop drug us and corruption.
When law are made and not enforced. That is the Corruption. Right US Prosecutor Morin.
