Please excuse the idiot from Morganton, he obviously smoked a little to much Marijuana because he doesn't even know what town/county he is posting about. After reading his post i would assume he would be "pro" Marijuana. Ha ha ha
To answer you question "who is he fussing at"? Dont worry their imaginary... he will stop arguing as soon as the high wears off ;-)

Tam you need to chill and come over here and hit this a few times it will change your mind about the dope heads, weed is nothing like Meth, Cocaine, Acid, Crack, Heroin or any of that other garbage...I'd say it's less dangerous than alcohol. And Granny U cool as h3ll in my book..keep tokin'

Don't legalize it! I am only 15 and can't by alcohol, everytime I try to buy some beer I get carded. My dealer never ask for ID! Marijuana being illegal is awesome, in an untaxed, unregulated, and uncontrolled market, I can get it anytime I want.

Plus, if you make ite legal, how can my drug dealer make a living? If he stays in the drug business he'll have to hire people, carry insurance, and pay "stupid" taxes.

KEEP IT ILLEGAL!!!!! I HEART THE WAR ON DRUGS

If marijuana was taxed like tobacco and alcohol it could bring in $6.2 billion, according to a 2005 Harvard study. The nation would save $7.7 billion in law enforcement ( $5.3 billion in state and local government expenses, $2.4 billion in federal expenses ). Who knows how much of the federal deficit could be eliminated by taxing marijuana consumption.

I have a teenager and while I don't want him experimenting with ANY type of drugs or alcohol for that matter I can honestly say I would feel a whole lot better knowing that if he DOES decide to smoke or bake that he knows where it came from. I've gotten hold of some BAD stuff before. Well, actually it was pretty good, but that's not my point. I am always concerned that someone might get something that's been laced. If it were legalized and regulated you wouldn't have to worry about the really bad stuff in it. It would be regulated by the FDA and the manufacturers/growers would have to be inspected and verified. I haven't had any in a long time, and really haven't wanted it, but there is A LOT worse out there than pot.

Marijuana is a drug just like any other drug. It leads to harder drugs just like beer leads to hard liquor. We do not need any more drugs in our county regardless of whether they are in pill form, liquid form or as whacky weed. This sort of thing will ruin the people of Caldwell County and any other area of our country. Drugs will kill the user and cause untold neglect and abuse to the people's families, especially children.
