I had a couple friends of mine get caught with a joint on them a few years back. When the police officer gave them the standard slap on the wrist ticket he said:'Just keep it at home. If you take it outside we will have to give you a ticket.' Does this sound like a cop who agrees with the law? He basically told my friends 'I don't care if you smoke, just don't bring it out in public.' Even the police who are payed to enforce these laws know its backwards. Just legalize it, tax it, and put that money into the education system!
