Then don't seek work in a place that tests. Basic common sense.

Achocol is legal and kills people everyday. I don't think I have ever heard of someone dying over marijuana. Stupid law. It just creates business for KPD

Legalize weed in TN so it can stop being so schwaggy, over-priced and hard to find. Illegal dealers selling it for twice as much as it's worth, making profit for gangs and drug dealers. Legalize it and regulate it.

To me freedom is the ability to do whatever you please as long as it does not infringe upon others or put them in harms way. With that being said I do not see why it is illegal in the first place.

Going to work with either alcohol or MJ in your system puts others in harms way. Do either, get in a random test, and get fired. You then have your ability to do whatever you please while you beat the streets looking for a job with a DRD on your record

There are those with pre- adolescent behavior problems that have to have a baby sitter to keep them out of trouble because they think rules and regulations are for someone else, not them.

It's definitely safe to say that you would have to be on drugs to disagree with your post. Farts are more exciting than ThomasA.

It's calming. Liquor can do more harm to the consumer or people in any contact with the drunk.
