Anything used in excess can hurt the body. As they say a glass of red wine is good for the body. A couple of good hits to relax the stressfull day can't hurt. The medical world is finally seeing the benefits of "da kine". All in All, it should be legalized. Same rules apply. No driving under the influence (I once waited for a stop sign to turn green). Only adults can purchase. To sell regulate and tax to help the local economy is all good. What the Island would give to get the bud back and give up the ice ! What a shame.

It makes living zombies out of people. They are sedated & most often could care less to become all they can be. Nor, help do to much positive for other living beings. They asre delusional. They attempt to relate that they are spiritual by being high. The Rastafarians believe marijuana is God. A sacrament it is not. Many drug offneders are found not with just pakalolo, but hard drugs as well. It is a gateway drug. Young children can get a hold of it and ruin their lives with it. Most ptheads I have met are very selfish. Their habit often comes before their relationships, and their service to humanity & God. I have never seen pot enlighten anyone.

Just like anything, it can be abused. Used in moderation, no problem. You generalize this very well. You can't bunch everyone into a "drug addict". Ice has ruined the islands. Any chemical is no good. Again, I say "any chemical". Natural herbs, used in the right way are very beneficial. Ask any older and wiser Ohana and they will tell you !

Get out of here with your anti-cannabis nonsense, and stop calling it Marijuana like a retard.
Smoke weed every day! But it'd be cheaper and less painstaking if it were legal.

I have been smoking for over 20 years. I am a professional and have worked my whole life and have never lost a job. Marijuana is my aspirin. I have never taken prescription drugs. Marijuana cures all............

Harmless marijuana should be legalized, taxed and protected as a substance you can still pass a drig test, since it would be legal and the money from taxing it should fight harder drugs, such as heroin, meth, and coke.

Pot should be legal for all people, including children. It should be encouraged in schools during recess and lunch. Doctors and social workers should recommend people begin smoking pot if they feel any anxiety or pain. Every household should have marijuana plants in their gardens, and cities should begin using it as a primary landscaping plant. I cannot foresee any social ills whatsoever. Please, restore the sanity of our society. Legalize it.
