<quoted text>same thing as you would do with alcohol and prescription pills...
You can drink on the weekend and come in sober Monday morning to work and pass or fail a BAT if your supervisor suspects you're still a bit drunk. If he has you tested for MJ, there's no way out,as it's in your system for weeks. Prescription pills would be listed in your company insurance records as to whether you can take them and be on full duty. If they are someone else's pills, you're toast! What don't you understand about that?

The phibitionist label is a figment of your smoke dulled imagination. No one says you can't smoke. You just have to know when and where, follow simple rules, and be prepared to live with the consequences if you don't. You're acting like a child that insists on walking out on an ice covered pond. "It's SOMEDODY else's fault I fell through"."Why didn't SOMEBODY stop me from going out there?".

But you can believe they won't be in the workplace and they won't be driving. You can be assured the local authorities will have the stoners and potheads under a magnifing glass for the first wrong move. The courts here believe that time behind bars changes attitudes even for the worse hardheads.

fear mongering is all you know...guess what? DUI's have gone DOWN already in states with legalized cannabis, and yes, they already have a "test" in place. quit lying to people....rethuglican....

Step right up and test the system. Get wasted and go out for midnight munchies and explain your case to the officer when you get caught. Be sure to tell him he can't do what he's doing. It will impress him.

it is safer to public than alcohol. at the very least it should be regulated and enforced just like alcohol.

Truth. People need to stop blaming THEIR OWN mistakes (drug related or not) on something else. Marijuana is not an excuse for being a junkie.

The so-called war-on-drugs has cost this nation severely...alcohol is a far far worse drug than the medicinal plant called cannibas.

We already have enough problems with drinking and with drugs. Not, to mention accidents caused by them. Why add to it? Besides, it is sending the message that the other drugs are okay, and its not.

It would stop a lot of crime that's associated with it.

How??? Even with legalization, there would be rules and regulations and many people just can't seem to understand what happens when you break those regulations until the judge sentences them. Smart people don't go to jail. DUMMIES go to jail!

Follow this link to the top 10 most influential organizations for legalizations:

www.dinafem.org/en/blog/canabis-marijuana-leg ...#

The links on this page include LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition).

There are also links to peer reviewed studies that challenge the notion that canabis has no medicinal value.

You're welcome.

Dummies are the stoners that think any type of legalization is going to allow them to smoke , drive, and go to work buzzed. They also believe in the Easter bunny and Santa Claus. Dummies are the pot heads that think legalization is going to throw open jail and prison doors to release drug related criminals who broke laws and go caught.
