The government needs to do a better job at convincing the American voters if they want to continue on with this failed prohibition of marijuana. They claim that the 'plant' is dangerous and deadly, yet they can't provide any proof or credible evidence to back these claims up. If you want to know the FACTS about marijuana then click on the link below.
"The truth about marijuana the government doesn't want you to know." http://www.youtube.com/watch... |
Consider the source of the reports. They are akin to and have the credibility and accuracy of a report on abortion issued by the Catholic church! |

ITS GOING ON ANYWAY !!AND NO ONE NEEDS 25YEARS FOR SALEING A PLANT AND 5 YEARS FOR TAKING A LIFE !!!

You know what's illegal. You break the law and you pay the price. very simple! Our jails and prisons are full of toads who don't think laws are for them to follow. It's just a "time out chair" for grown kids who didn't catch on the first time around. Sometimes it take several incarcerations to get their attention. |

Legalizing Cannabis would stop the use of fake marijuana and would save millions in tax money by not locking people up for a non violent offence. Cannabis in virtually harmless!
Harmless? Just see how harmless it is when you get caught with it in your system. Just see how hard it is to get a good job when an employer finds a drug dismissal on your record. See how harmless it is when you have to settle for crappy low paying jobs to try to feed your family. Harmless? Think again! |
Everything would be more simple if it was legal

yeah because there are none. Don't you think that doctors or scientists would have found out by now what long term effects would be. Humans have been smoking weed since before Christ was born. It's in the Bible yo. The government can't tax the sale, therefore it is illegal, that's my view. |

I run an underground medical marijuana dispensary. I offer very discrete shipping. Everything is double vacuum packed to make packages odorless. You can get my latest catalog at http://tinyurl.com/d5rtwrk

The main blockers are the dopers and stoners that relate to the public that legalization for medical use will also give them and everybody the right to smoke anywhere anytime. That's a long way off until a field test can be invented to tell when you smoked the last joint and content in your system. With medical MJ you wouldn't be at work anyway and you would have to be tested clean by a doctor to release you to return to full duty. Otherwise it's the same old rule of ZERO tolerance. YOU know the rules,YOU break the rules,YOU get fired. What do you not understand about that?

I believe marijuana should be legal because when you get high you don't do shit wrong? How many marijuana related deaths are their each year? And how many alcohol related deaths occur each year? If anything should be illegal it should be alcohol. Drinking is 100 times worse than weed. Weed is organic. Alcohol destroys how much of your body? Weed is also better than cigarettes. Why should something that gives you cancer be illegal? Correct me if I'm wrong but has weed ever gave anyone cancer? In some states they see through all the bullshit the government says about marijuana. Wish Louisiana would realize this shit isn't bad. It's a hell of a lot better than most shit that's legal.
It's bad when it gets your butt fired at work in a random test and it's still classified as a CLASS I narcotic by the Federal government that overrides any changes to state laws until the Supreme Court says otherwise.

Its medicine!!!!! Yes it will do bad things to you, but let the people who want to do it, do it. You should have a responsibility to either smoke it or not. Just let it be on your risk. Let the people who want to do it, do it. Otherwise let the people who dont, dont.
What are you saying? It is your risk now for what may happen if you get caught driving or test positive at work so you take that responsibility. Nothing new there. |

My opinion is a little pot is not going to hurt anyone who wants to use it. With as many criminals on the streets, I really think by legalizing it, crimes related to Pot would go down. Criminals/pushers wouldn't have this stuff to sell anylonger.
Grand idea,BUT what do you do with those who smoke and have MJ in their system and get caught in a drug test at work or after an accident at the workplace????? |
