People have the idea that if MJ is legalized in the future ,they can smoke when they want and grow what and when they want. The only way you're going to get Washington to ever give in is to maintain laws about posession amounts and allow only commercially grown weed so there can be total control on potentecy and the nasty word......TAXES. Home growers would not be allowed any quantity just like present laws against moonshine whiskey because of the lack of control and lost revenue from the taxes. Also, if the government is going to require to provide workmans comp insurance for protection of workers, then the companies will still maintain drug free work zones... Without a sure fire 100% accurate field test to tell whether you fired that torpedo last week, last night, this morning, on the way to work,or in the parking lot the rules will have to stand at ZERO tollerance. If you don't have or want a job in corporate America, have at it.

Well lets see . The marijuana you bought supports the drug dealer who buys the cocaine to make crack to sell to the mother who dosent feed her child or the dealer buys a gun to randomly shot at someone, misses and kills the father on his way to work. Or he sells to someone who smokes a bowl then drives to the store and forgets to stop at the stop sign hits a mother and 2 small kids. Or sells to the teen who smokes and smokes and eventually turns around and is 35 still living with his parents because we all know nothing ever happens when you smoke marijuana.

Medicinal purposes good possibility but the bad well out weighs the good.

People a lot smarter and way more educated than you and me has debated this issue well before we even knew what marijuana was so get step away from the bong and get a life stoner :)~

Under legalization, you would probally more jail time for tax evasion on homegrown than possession of more than one ounce at a time. ATF and the "revenuers" can deal out some serious down time just like they treat the moonshiners.

And about poverty Pearl is the fastest growing city in Misissippi and has the lowest unemployment rate in the state all due to running dope heads dope dealers and addicts out to Jackson and Hinds County. So quite hiding your location or what ever State Penitentiary you may be in.

You can declare OTC and prescription drugs during a drug screening. You can't do the same with MJ. You get terminated with a DRD to follow you along on your quest for a new job. Keep that in mind when you fire up that torpedo.
