Common sense tells me all I need to know.

Inhaling smoke is not healthy. Fire fighters wear a breathing apparatus because inhaling smoke of any kind is not healthy.

Just look at the kids in HS who smoked pot. They were poor students with attitudes of "i'm too cool for school"... i'm sure the constant pot smoking added to that.

Despite the fact that common sense tells us it's not healthy for the average person to use on a regular basis, I still feel it's not enough of a burden on society to make illegal. Let people smoke their cigarettes, weed, and drink their booze as long as they are not out and about while impaired.

Oh yeah, and get rid of Obamas health care plan, and let users pay their own medical bills when they develope problems from their "harmless" habbits... this goes for the obese McDonalds eaters too... let em pay for the damages they inflict on themselves.

Really? I would much rather be told I can't smoke pot then be a slave and be told I can't do anything I want...(including smoke pot). I'm sure you're just exagerating. Does pot do that to ppl?

After all these years of being persecuted, why should potheads now help the state get out of debt?

CA needs revenue and marijuana fits that need. Stop the illegals not the legillazation of marijuana!

This would be a largely positive factor in our economy and would lessen the expense used to prosecute users and sellers of it.
