It is no worse than alcohol, as long it is done in responsible manner.

Mj is not lethal. If people can't smoke it they turn to other substances like k-2 or liquor they both kill people. Save a life by legalizing marijuana!

It seem like we in such debt that the government could use it to make some money back and there are no harmful side effects really so why not

I am a chronic pain sufferer. 13 years with no diagnosis and excruciating pain that seriously affected my quality of life, and with one joint I could have about an hour of lesser pain...and the only side effect was the munchies...why is that so bad??? I got banned from a pain clinic because I was honest with the doctor and told him that I smoked and it helped. Ridiculous

There are too many known benifits of canabis to not leaglize it. It helps with nerve pain, cancer pain, stomach ailments and people with eating disorders. If it can be taxed and regulated tge government would make a huge profit.

To put it simply and avoid too much debate.
It simply makes MORE sense for it to be legalized than for it to remain illegal.

It is time to stop prohibition on marijuana. The government is going to be able to control it a lot easier when it is legal. I am tired of the tax money being spent on the war on drugs

Hemp is a great crop and more people should be able to grow their own medicine. Only idiots believe the cost of illegalization is worth it.
